Наутилус 7600 ошибка b9015

замена 1-го транспортного модуля bna nautilus 7600T

Ребята, сегодня столкнулась с проблемкой — купюры выплевывает при тестировании в сепаратор пачки, там они и лежат с ошибкой b9015 или b9016. После 8 часов вылизывания датчиков, разборки-сборки сепаратора, допетрила потянуть за длинный ремень и посмотреть на ролики первого транспорта — а они проскальзывают! Я так понимаю, нужно залезть внутрь этого модуля, но при попытке снять его я зашла в тупик, да и время было позднее уже, устала… Может, есть инструкция по его демонтажу, пошагово, типа, открутите там-то, снимите то-то fp:|

Снимите верхнюю крышку со сдвигом, дальше просто четыре винта и отсоедините проводку !Сомневаюсь что разборка Вам что-то даст! Меняйте бэндле бна целиком :-)

В общем, сняла я его. Правда, он остался болтаться на жгуте из проводов, мне лень было выкусывать стяжки и искать разъемы. Сняла двигатель какой-то. Странная конструкция движка озадачила меня. Разобрала его до винтика. Внутри абразивная поверхность а ля сцепление. Мне казалось, что проскальзывание — дефект. Но теперь кажется, что так и должно быть — хитрая приспособа для определенных задач, наверное. Собрала движок, воткнула, где был. Потом обратила внимание на то, что купюра как-то странно болтается при заходе из сепаратора в первый транспорт. Увидела двойной ролик, который должен прижимать купюру сверху. И тут я поняла — он как-то странно болтается. Сняла верхнюю крышку с первого транспорта. Так и есть — выломано крепление пружины, пружина задевала за датчик при закрытии крышки транспорта, приколхозила пружину на апгрейд кит, так что банкомат уже в обслуживании :-)

Хитрость снятия первого транспорта, когда бна висит перед тобой на направляющих на уровне груди, сверху мешают для откручивания четвертого болта железяки, которые крепятся к направляющим. Надо открутить с угла 4 болта и слегка вытащить на 1-2 см наружу эту железку, тогда отверткой можно дотянуться и открутить первый транспорт.

Вдогонку. Первый транспортный вообще модуль забавный. Его половинки приводят в движение два РАЗНЫХ ремня. Сколько уже у меня инженеров попалось на том что купюры застревают как раз на входе в него, а модуль чистый и визуально с ним всё хорошо. Лечится путём подтяжки (с помощью натяжителей) или ослабления этих ремней, делается это всё методом тыка т.к. у ремней может быть разный износ.
Может кому поможет.

Это электромуфта :-) такие же стоят в пикерах.
