Batch report can be printed only if a batch is complete (setpoint reached).

The printing functions require an option card to be present.

If you wish to batch an amount not previously determined and print the result, follow these steps:

1. Call “Select Batch” function. 2. Select very high batch setpoint, e.g. 999999999 kg. 3. Scroll batch actual value ZI into lower display field. 4. Start scale.

Start of printout disables the “Reload” function for the batch in question. Function can be called only in Batching mode. Printing can be started:

5. If amount ZI is reached, stop scale. 6. Call “Stop Batch” function.

1. Manually via function distributor

7. Start printing (see “Print Batch”).

Zero Setting

Zero setting is performed by an automatic program. No material is required. Program can be started

  Calibration

1. manually via keyboard 2. automatically with closed prefeeder

Calibration as such is not required. All you have to do is enter some constructional data of load cells, speed transducer, belt inclination, etc. INTECONT uses these data to compute all requisite display normalisations. Check, or recalibration, canbe effectedin twoways:

Max. admissible zero setting amount is monitored.

a) Using material Enter check result into INTECONT, and measurement value will be corrected.

  Taring

b) Using check weight

Designed to zero the basic tare load, the taring program on principle has the same function as the zero setting program. However, tare elevation is not monitored, and the call is protected by password.

Zero Drop Out Suppresses totalization upon measurements around zero point, so that counter stops with small feed rates. Deselect function if not desired.

A special check program lets you check normalizations, and correct them if technical data or not exactly known. In later operation, program can also be used to show technical modifications.

Display Filters can be defined individually for feed rate and measured load.

TW Tare The taring program acquires zero point error of  complete measuring system over a settable time (Parameter C 01, default = 30 s). General Information

There are two types of parameter:

Parameters are variable characteristics or data used to match INTECONT to the application.

Selection parameters

Display units and format Limit values Nominal and calibration data, etc.

Let you select from various options, e.g. WARNING,  ALARM. Numeric parameters

Some parameters can be set in accordance with requirements (e.g. display formats), others have to be taken from Spec Sheet supplied. During parameter input, all functions are maintained. However, during operation, only parameters with no influence on measurement, e.g. display filters, should be changed. Default Values  All parameters are preset with default values. These are proven suggestions and can normally used as defined. The default values can be loaded using sub-function “Load Default Parameters”.

Enter numeric value, e.g. nominal feed rate.

Call Parameter Menu

10. Commissioning Test Plug

Almost any possible error in operation is reported by event message. For interpretation, see Chapter 10. Check INTECONT for proper operation by using a simple test plug. This helps to see whether the fault is with load cell, cabling or electrical equipment. 1. Switch plug as shown in drawing. 2. Withdraw load cell connector X7 and replace by test plug.  At the indicated resistance values, the following service values result: 1. wz

apr. 1.1mV/V

2. Load cell utilization aw apr.

apr. 50 % (C02 =2mV/V) 35% (C02 =2.85mV/V)

If wz is in specified range, measuring amplifier  operates properly. Note: With different R1 and R2 resistance values, the following raw measured value results: Raw measured value ~ 500 * R2 / R1 [mV/V].

Intecont Plus

Intecont Plus.
