Hi, I’m getting an error on my Xerox Phaser 7100 as soon as I turn it on.
The error is: 092-319
And it says that I shall power off and on. But nothin helps…
What shall I do?

Problem is the Magenta Toner or its Imaging unit. Check if there is toner in the first one, and for damage on the second one.

How can I see if a toner is damage?
I have cleaned all toners and can´t see anything wrong…

If you can’t see damage it probably isn’t damaged, but the toner won’t be damaged, the imaging unit will

I have the same issue. I recently installed a new Magenta toner. How do I check the imaging unit?

I have the same issue with Yellow toner. Does anyone know how to fix this as the on-printer instructions don’t solve it.

Try to clean CTD sensor. I think it is located in front of the black drum cartridge.

092-319 Error on Versalink C405
I have a Versalink C405 printer and at startup it shows error 092-319 .
So far i have change the Magenta toners and Magenta drum cartidges without any success.
I have also tonerup the magenta using similation in Diagnostic without any help.Any suggestions

Make sure that you have enabled 041-001 before running the toner add.
Is the imaging unit toner chute filling up when you run toner add?

Добрый день. Клиент, на Xerox 6515, установил тонер картридж «Кактус», после чего появилась грязь при печати, именно чёрного цвета. Сняв ленту переноса, обнаружил в ней небольшую дырочку, как раз в том месте где появляется грязь. Обнаружил, что через эту дырку, тонер попадает на подпружиненный вал, налипает на нём, небольшим слоем. Из за этого налипания, лента переноса слегка прогибается и ракель не счищает тонер в этом месте. Так как на предыдущим картридже ХайБлэк, этого дефекта не было и лента переноса стоит бешеных денег, решил заменить тонер- картридж. Поставил ХайБлэк. Но перед этим вычистил тонер из принт картридж от тонера «Кактус». Теперь, при включении выдаёт ошибку 092-321 (передёрните чёрный картридж и перезагрузите принтер). Магнитный вал принт картриджа белый, без тонера. Искал датчик, который определяет наличие тонера в принт картридже или по пути, в трубке, но не нашёл. Подскажите, где находится этот датчик, сто бы его временно заблокировать, пока притт картридж не наполнится тонером? Или можно как то снять эту ошибку? Всё перепроверил 2 раза. Ничего не повреждено. Ставил обратно «Кактус». Не помогает.
