Требования к рабочему месту

Для работы в сервисе «Мастер выпуска сертификатов» на рабочем месте необходимы:

1. Операционная система Windows 7 или выше.

2. Средство криптографической защиты информации (СКЗИ) «КриптоПро CSP» 4.0 (или выше) или VipNet CSP (только для сертификатов «КриптоVIP» и «Рособрнадзор»). Подробная информация о загрузке и установке «КриптоПро CSP» есть в статье. Для Windows 11 – только версия «КриптоПро» 5.0 R2 или выше.

Примечание. Для выпуска сертификатов ЕГАИС «КриптоПро CSP» устанавливать не нужно.

3. Программа для просмотра PDF-файлов.

4. Любой из следующих браузеров:

Microsoft Edge;
Google Chrome;
Opera;
Mozilla Firefox.

5. Доступ к Интернету по протоколу https;

6. Установленные драйвера для используемого сертифицированного носителя (токена):

Настройка рабочего места

Для начала работы с сервисом необходимо настроить рабочее место:

1. Откройте «Мастер выпуска сертификатов» по адресу ce.taxcom.ru.

2. При переходе на страницу «Мастера выпуска сертификатов» может возникнуть предупреждение об установке корневого сертификата. Необходимо согласиться с установкой, нажав кнопку «Да».

3. Если вы используете браузер, отличный от Mozilla Firefox, то при первом запуске «Мастера выпуска сертификатов» появится сообщение «Дополнение не установлено».

Необходимо:

Перейти по ссылке «Установить».
В появившемся окне с предложением установить дополнение для браузера нажать кнопку «Добавить».
После успешной установки появится соответствующее сообщение:

4. Далее появится окно «Расширение не установлено», в котором следует нажать кнопку «Установить», после чего начнется загрузка установочной программы.

Загруженный файл следует открыть двойным щелчком мыши и далее следовать инструкциям «Мастера установки».

5. После завершения установки следует обновить страницу браузера, нажав клавишу F5, или перезапустить браузер.

После этого можно приступить к получению сертификата ключа подписи.

Диагностика рабочего места

После установки программного комплекса «Спринтер» проверьте правильность работы средств криптографической защиты информации, возможность доступа к серверу электронной почты Оператора и совместимость с другими программными средствами.

Для выполнения процедуры тестирования:

Запустите программу «Референт».
В окне программы «Референт» в разделе «Выходной контроль» на панели инструментов нажмите кнопку (Диагностика рабочего места) или выберите меню «Сервис – Диагностика рабочего места».
Если программа «Референт» настроена на работу с несколькими почтовыми ящиками, то сначала выберите те ящики, для которых необходима проверка. Поставьте галочки слева от названий почтовых ящиков и нажмите кнопку «Начать».
Установите в компьютер ключевой носитель (дискету, e-Token и т. д.).
После того как диагностика рабочего места будет проведена, в окне программы появится результат проверки.

Для проверки одного почтового ящика окно программы будет иметь вид:

Слева добавляется поле с названиями почтовых ящиков. В нём можно выбрать тот ящик, работоспособность которого вы планируете проверить.

Сверху в окне будет располагаться запись о результате проверки:

Система готова к работе;
Работа в системе ограничена;
Система не готова к работе.

Каждая запись о результате выделяется зеленым, оранжевым или красным.

Также в окне программы располагаются три вкладки:

Проверка криптографии;
Проверка возможности подключения;
Проверка совместимости.

На вкладке «Проверка криптографии» указаны сведения о личных сертификатах, о корневых сертификатах, о сертификатах контролирующих органов и сведения о проверке криптоопераций.

На вкладке «Проверка возможности подключения» указаны сведения о доступе по почтовому протоколу и о возможности подключения к серверу Оператора.

На вкладке «Проверка совместимости» указаны сведения о проверки версии совместимых программ и сведения о криптографии.

В окне программы слева от каждого пункта проверки будет стоять один из значков:

Рядом с текстом ошибки располагаются рекомендации по её устранению.

После устранения обнаруженных ошибок рекомендуется выполнить диагностику рабочего места повторно.

Успешный результат диагностики рабочего места означает, что:

Программа «Референт» настроена на доступ к серверу электронной почты специализированного оператора связи по протоколам SMTP/POP3 – для обеспечения отправки/приёма сообщений электронной почты, и по протоколам http/https;
Почтовый ящик зарегистрирован на сервере электронной почты специализированного оператора связи;
Средства криптографической защиты информации корректно установлены и настроены на рабочем месте.
Все совместимые программы имеют актуальную версию.
Примечание. Если при помощи одного ПК «Спринтер» вы представляете отчетность нескольких организаций, рекомендуется повторить процедуру диагностики рабочего места для каждой из них.

FARBAR SCAN SEEMED CORRUPTED! The program after like 20 seconds FARBAR started running some whitelisting of files it had JUST scanned.

I found the previous post AFTER this following log, but I’m not sure the exact order they were created in. I noticed something about a CD DRIVE ERROR and I think that was when I decided to try my MBAM Premium CD that I had shipped to me when I purchased MBAM Premium. I knew something was wrong, but my current MBAM wasn’t detecting anything so I thought the CD would be a clean install, but as soon as I put it in it sounded like something was being written to the CD and wouldn’t let me eject for a good 30 seconds. UPDATE: My BRAND NEW Samsung Galaxy is being flooded with apps and updates I did not install! Called AT&T they directed me to Samsung, but I was talking on the infected device so I need to call back, however when speaking on the phone I heard lots of beeps and clicks. After I hung up the device started turning itself on and trying to back itself up? MBAM Mobile NOT detecting anything, multiple more issues with phone too many to list, took battery out! NOTE: I have a suspicion this is ALL related to my EPSON PRINTER. As I just remembered today trying to link my printer at dinner to print a coloring page for my son FROM MY PHONE, noticed my phone was affected only a few hours proceeding that. I have tried the uninstall sensor method and it has not helped. I have tried sfc with no errors reported. I have tried DISM, but it won’t run because of some missing adobe files (KB2889543?).

Will a refresh fix this issue or is it a corrupted mess left over from the Win 7 to Win 8 to Win 8.1 upgrade? Any suggestions would help.

When exactly do you get this error message?

I suggest you to boot the computer in a safe mode state and check if the issue persists

Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

Check if you face the same issue in safe mode. If the issue doesn’t persists in safe mode, then perform clean boot and check.

Clean boot process will help you determine which third party program/app that is causing this issue. It could be some other application or programs, which runs on the computer at the background, leading to this issue.

I suggest you to boot the computer in a safe mode state and check if the issue persists

Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

Check if you face the same issue in safe mode. If the issue doesn’t persists in safe mode, then perform clean boot and check.

No wifi after disabling Windows Location Provider?

I have never had any issues I already rebooted and even turned off suddenly I lost all ability to connect to wifi with just that laptop? I really need to get the wifi working on my my modem and router a couple times. First question does the Japan possibly fix this issue?

connecting to my wifi here at home. I enabled it again and restarted my so I have the US time conveniently visible to contact friends and family living there. Would changing my region to other laptop right away as I use it for work. I would appreciate any help I can connect to the wifi no problem.
