О, до сих пор не пофиксили. Никак не исправить, это баг. Мне встречался только на русском языке, так что может быть это баг локализации.

Есть вероятность, что дело в том, что у тебя игра лежит в директории с русскими символами в пути, но это не факт.

Чтоб не ходить далеко, подскажите пожалуйста, как там с коопом дела обстоят? Напарник до сих пор практически никак не может взаимодействовать с базой? (даже простой выбор персонажа гемор)

Честно не знаю, так как в коопе еще не играл. Но если интересует, то добавили длц daybreak где отбиваешься от волн зомби. В этот режим можно играть в коопе до 4 человек.

netsh interface teredo set state enterpriseclient

Это не сложно проверить, достаточно просто открыть, например, системные требования игры, которая вышла в 2015 году и продукта, вышедшего в 2018/2019. Разница даже между минимальными системными требованиями будет более чем значительной, что уж говорить о рекомендуемых и высоких. Но по вполне понятной причине это обстоятельство нисколько не повлияло на желание «геймеров» пробовать запускать современные требовательные проекты на компьютерах, которые заведомо на это не способны.
