О причине неполадки сообщает мигающий код на индикаторе работы.
После пяти коротких сигналов считаются длинные мигающие импульсы.
Количество длинных мигающих импульсов соответствует соответствующему мигающему коду. Мигающие коды и соответствующие значения ошибок приведены в таблице.

#1 Нравится1 13.01.2016 18:01:00 Всем здравствуйте Дело такое, получили новые 4 автобуса ПАЗ-320412-05 у него установлен подогреватель Spheros Thermo E 200 или 320 (точно не знаю). Автобусы гнались своим ходом еще по теплу из московской области в приморский край. Проработав у нас месяц, и подогреватели у них работали без отказано, потом у всех четырех автобусах с интервалом 2-3 дня перестали работать подогреватели немного вникнув в инструкцию разобрались с кодами и как сбрасывать ошибку, но проблема не решилась. После снятия блокировки подогревателя, выяснили почему он заблокировал его. Все дело в том что после включения подогревателя весь цикл его запуска проходит нормально и после воспламенения поработав секунд 10 пламя гаснет и мигающий код выдает «погасания пламя», автоматического повторного пуска нет, после пяти запусков в ручную (с кнопки на панели) происходит вновь блокирование подогревателя. Если бы можно было бы без него, но без него мотор не может нагнать температуру для нормальной работы печек, даже если поехать. Температура поднимается до 40-50 когда ты проедешь километров 50-70 и то при этом печки дуют холодным. А так подогревателем нагнал температуру до 70-80 и все мотор эту температуру поддерживает. Кто сталкивался с такой проблемой и что делать нужно ? |

Проблема очень схожая.Обрисую параметры Автобус ПАЗ-4234(школьный)с дизелем245 9е.Подогреватель именно такой же.Возраст автобуса-4года.Достался мне год назад.К автобусу в целом вопросов нет! А вот подогреватель достал крепко!!! Хотя первые 2года работал говорят хорошо. Все происходит точно как вы описываете.Варианты по снятию блокировки точно такие же! Ревизии не было не когда и не какой.Также гаснет пламя и разжечь его ну о ч е н ь сложно и долго.Правда выяснилась такая закономерность или причина! Как только доливаю уровень ТОСОЛА общий(а его объем-50л)то при снятии блокировки(очередной) подогреватель практически заводится с первой попытки и работает весь день! НО только один день.На завтра за ночь(стоим на улице круглый год) уровень тосола упадет и все повторится.Тосол уходит регулярно и много особенно при минусах причем именно когда дизель не работает(ночью)Более литра за 14часов.Уровень масла НЕ РАСТЕТ.Явных подтеков НЕТ.Под автобусом луж нет.Заводится и работает дизель хорошо не дымит.Не могу понять куда уходит тосол……Может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой буду рад пообщатся! Всех с НОВЫМ ГОДОМ ! |

Если подогреватель запитан постоянно, то стоит проверить тепло обменную рубашку подогревателя, может через нее уходит ТОСОЛ и этого не заметно. Посмотрев видиопо разбору, заменив промежуточный фильтр (была грязь и вода), принялся снимать голову подогревателя, сняв голову увидел что все грязное (саляра+пыль+нагар). Защитный диск действительно защитный, прикрывает провода, индикатор пламени и насос от нагрева и грязи, окошечко в диске закрыто пленкой на которую налипает столько грязи что сразу и не поймешь что оно должно быть прозрачным. Допустим у нас есть ПАЗ-320412-05 «Вектор» достался он нам новым, и раньше всех остальных месяцев на 5, система подогрева в нем стоит точно такая же. Так у него не каких проблем за все это время нет, все работает без отказов и на ходу, и на ходу по пыльной дороге, и на летнем топливе в зиму. А вот остальные 3 с проблемой загрязнения. Проверить производительность насоса это понятно, измерить давление. А вот как измерить или даже просто узнать как распыляет форсунка каким образом ? |

#9 Нравится1 30.04.2016 17:13:39 Тосол уходит через охлаждение рециркуляции отработавших газов возле турбины. Прохудилась диафрагма и,как сдедствие, тосол через турбину уходит в глушитель. Временами появляется сизый дым как от некачественной солярки. Решение соединяем на блоке двигателя впускной и выпускной патрубки (закольцовываем) и снимаем электричесеий разьем с блока рециркуляции.
