Hello,
I can not start my game. This is error I get de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b. It says I need to delete mods and that my files might be damaged. Problem is: I do not use any sims mods, at all. I only use what ever was installed via origin: game and extension packs. I tried to repair via origin, I also tried to reinstall the game. None of that worked. Game doesn’t start

Go to Documents/ElectronicArts — inside will be The Sims4 folder
Step 1. Rename The Sims4 folder to «The Sims4 old»
Step 2. Try to turn on the game. If you will able to launch the game a new game folder will be created and you will have two — one old, one new
Step 3. Start a game with random sim, play 3 minutes, save and quit the game. Then, check if you can open this new save without a problem.
If the problem disappeared
Step 4. Delete in the new game folder following folders:
«saves» and Tray
Step 5. Go to «The Sims 4 old» folder and copy — your «saves » folder.
Step. 5. Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.
Step 6. Do the same with Tray folder (your library) and TrayDeleteItems file.
Then, check if the game works properly with your old save and library

(You have empty mods folder as you wrote, so I will not give you instructions on what to do with mods and CC, because you don’t need it)
If it will not work it means that i isn’t the game issue but some problem with your computer.

I actually managed to fix it. I renamed a file. That was the step. Renaming 1 file.😑

У многих игроков периодически возникают проблемы при запуске клиента Sims 4, как правило ошибка инициализации возникает из-за битого скачанного с торрентов архива и ошибки системных библиотек Windows.

Обратите внимание что скачивать нужно Visual C++ за 2013 год.
2. Следующей распространённой проблемой в игре THE SIMS 4 является ошибка инициализации 135dec40 984c6a38 00000077 которая достаточно просто решается.
Данная ошибка свидетельствует о нарушении целостности в библиотеках операционной системы Windows, или системных файлах вашего компьютера, поэтому игра сразу завершает свою работу. Для решения нужно просто переустановить игру без подключенного интернета и работающего антивируса.
Еще вариант, если Origin установлен в диске С, а сама игра в D (или другом), то нужно заново установить на диск С (чтобы и Origin, и The Sims 4 были установлены на одном локальном диске). Стоит также проверить, достаточно ли свободного места на системном диске с файлами игры, должно быть не менее 5 Гб. Рекомендуется в настройках антивируса сделать исключение для Origin.

у кого есть ошибка 85262c58:29f00e76:00000000 или что-то подобное, зайдите в «Мои документы» в папку Electronic Arts и переименуйте The Sims 4 в The Sims 4_bacup, игра создаст новую папку The Sims и успешно запустится, но уже без ваших сохранок- Тогда просто возьмите из старой папки saves файлы и скопируйте в новую.
Такое бывает из-за плохих модов или просто ошибки игры.

Я вообще выключила ноут, а потом заново включила и попыталась запустить игру! Вышло опять это херня!
Если, что я пишу с маминой странички.
Игра сверяет лицензионный ключ с Origin и не находя его блочит запуск. Попробуй отключить инет и запустить игру.

Что бы допы были, надо их так же перенести, как сохранения, в образовавшуюся папку.

Просто нужно удалить какой- то пользовательский скачанный материал, которые имеет ошибку. Из-за этого игра и не запускается.
А если нету скачанного материала? Папка модс пустая
у меня модов 5 тыс. И какк я ложна сидеть и переберать?!

Мб кто подскажет, скачала пиратку все встало нормально, но я не могу выполнять задания по работе на компьютере дома, так же не могу написать курсовик ибо просто нет такой функции, моды есть, но только на одежду и тд.
Origin запускается,а вот сама игра нет,но пишет что вы играете в Sims 4?не понимаю с чем связно,до этого все было хорошо.
Sonya, вроде как на пиратках подключение к галереи отсутствует вовсе. Сколько играла не разу не могла подключится.
Пиратка от xatab, не запускается 64битная sims 4, нажимаю и ничего не происходит, а 32битная запускатся, но у она жутко лагает и не подходит моему ноуту, так как у меня 64бит.
Удалила антивирус, отключила брандмауэр, использовла таблетку, уже два раза скачивала
Наконец-то загрузилась 64 битная , я просто отдельно установила вот это(приложила скрин)но теперь проблема в том,что игра лагает
Доброго времени суток. Обыскал уже весь интернет в поисках информации.
Проблема такова, что sims 4 не сохраняет никаких настроек (соответственно не видит модов, т.к. не могу поставить галочку и сохранить это). При перезаходе в игру восстанавливаются заводские настройки игры. Уже и разные репаки качал и обновлял все драйвера, ей богу, от администратора уже заходил и всё равно проблема осталась. Подскажите пожалуйста, есть ли вообще решение данной проблемы? (Ранее играл в симс 4 на том же ноуте, всё было в полном порядке)
