So let me begin by saying I found a bug and diligently reported it to Rockstar. The bug is in the house west of Van Horn where you find the «strange creature» in Story mode. In Online free roam, there’s a file cabinet you can loot and in one of the drawers is apparently a Pocket Watch you can take, yet when you take it, the animation of grabbing it and putting it in your inventory plays but it never registers as collected on the right side of the screen or gets added to your inventory.
I had to bypass the over-eager «Rockstar expert» Dave who didn’t provide any help whatsoever and request that my ticket be forwarded to a Rockstar Support rep. I got a reply a few hours later telling me to try clearing my cache. I did so, but now I’m wishing I didn’t even bother.
I can’t connect, I get two back-to-back errors. The first set were:
ALERT
You have been disconnected from Red Dead Online because the connection to Rockstar game services was lost [Error: 0x10001022]
ALERT
Unable to connect to Rockstar game services at this time. Please try again later. [Error: 0x99360000]
All other times after (up to 3 or more) I received these back-to-back errors:
ALERT
You have been disconnected from Red Dead Online because the connection to Rockstar game services was lost [Error: 0x30005001]
ALERT
Unable to connect to Rockstar game services at this time. Please try again later. [Error: 0x99360000]
I was/am Level 29 and now I’m terrified I’ll have to restart 😓
I responded to my support ticket but figured I’d google diagnose in the meantime… #WebMD

I waited nearly an hour on the Online Beta screen and hit X to play again and it finally connected me, phew!
Bug is still there though

Для устранения этой проблемы, выполните следующие шаги:
1) Попробуйте временно удалить программы, которые могут влиять на Вашу сеть, если они у Вас есть.
2) Перезагрузите роутер (выключите питание на 15 минут и потом заново включите).
3) Сбросьте настройки роутера следующим образом:
В поле поиска на панели задач введите командная строка (или cmd.exe), щелкните правой кнопкой мыши (либо нажмите и удерживайте) пункт Командная строка, а затем выберите «Запуск от имени администратора» > Да.
В командной строке выполните в указанном порядке следующие команды, а затем проверьте, помогло ли это решить проблему с подключением:
— Введите netsh winsock reset и нажмите клавишу ВВОД.
— Введите netsh int ip reset и нажмите клавишу ВВОД.
— Введите ipconfig /release и нажмите клавишу ВВОД.
— Введите ipconfig /renew и нажмите клавишу ВВОД.
— Введите ipconfig /flushdns и нажмите клавишу ВВОД.
Перезагрузите ПК.
4) Если на вашем компьютере установлена операционная система Windows 10, отключите антивирусную защиту в разделе «Безопасность Windows», следуя этой инструкции: https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/help/4027187/. если Вы не пробовали выполнить это ранее.
5) Попробуйте временно отключить антивирус и брандмауэр.
6) Возможно потребуется перенастроить брандмауэр или сетевое оборудование, например, маршрутизатор. Иногда конфигурация меняется при открытии или переадресации других портов.
Red Dead Redemption Online требуем открытие следующих портов.
Порт 6672 (UDP)
Порт 61455 (UDP)
Порт 61456 (UDP)
Порт 61457 (UDP)
Порт 61458 (UDP)
Порты 30211-30217 (TCP)

Вы были отсоединены от Red Dead Online из-за проблем с игровыми службами Rocsktar [Ошибка: 0x21002001]
Стоит упомянуть, что коды ошибок могут меняться, т.е. вместо 0x21002001 вы запросто можете увидеть и другой код, например, 0x20013000, 0x20010006 или 0x99395004. Впрочем, все они по-сути означают одно и то же: у серверов Rockstar возникли проблемы.

Всем привет друзья . С самого первого дня не сталкивался не с одной проблемой . Игра сразу запустилась и отлично шла без вылетов и тд . Но сегодня решил запустить и не смог зайти в онлайн . Ошибка 0x10022190, причём в сюжет заходит отлично . В последний раз когда играл как раз вышел из онлайна перешёл в сюжет , чуть поиграл и вышел . Сегодня так же переустановил Колду 2019 , на ssd , там где стоит rdr , скачал обнову и тд . В Итоге сегодня же и удалил , и друг через тимвивер почистил какие е то темп файлы на С , там где стоит rdr . Незнаю может ли быть это как то связанно , но все же решил рассказать . Что я только не делал , проверял игру , через восстановление . Удалял систем и сохранки , ничего не помогает ! Скрины прикреплю . Буду длагодарен за любую помощь

нет чтобы ждать дни пока ответят на ДТФ просто загуглить тему. в РДР2 не играю, реально третья строчка в гугле дала ответ как исправить

Такое же. Мало того, что дисконекты, так ещё и закрылась игра с ошибкой 3 раза за день.

Ответ: Ниже приведены инструкции, как очистить временные данные системы, определить скорость соединения, посмотреть тип NAT-подключения, удостовериться, что сетевые порты открыты, а также проверить настройки маршрутизатора.
Проверьте статус Red Dead Online
Первым делом зайдите на страницу статуса Red Dead Online (https://support.rockstargames.com/ru/servicestatus) и удостоверьтесь, что соединение прервалось не из-за сбоя или плановых технических работ.
Если сервер Red Dead Online работает в нормальном режиме, проблема может быть вызвана конфликтами между разными типами подключения у игроков или другими проблемами, связанными с Интернетом.
Устраняем проблемы на консоли Xbox One

- УМЕРЕННЫЙ: можно играть с пользователями, у которых выбран открытый или умеренный NAT.
- СТРОГИЙ: можно играть только с теми, у кого выбран открытый NAT.
Выбор типа NAT-подключения на Xbox One:
- Откройте меню «Настройки» и выберите раздел «Сеть».
- Тип NAT указан в пункте «Текущее состояние сети» в середине этой страницы.
Посмотрите, не ограничен ли тип NAT настройками брандмауэра или маршрутизатора

После этого проверьте, не исчезли ли проблемы с соединением.
Дополнительные меры:
- Обратитесь к своему интернет-провайдеру и узнайте, не возникает ли у них проблем с подключением к нам, а также не наблюдается ли сбоев в работе сетевого оборудования.
- Убедитесь в том, что программное обеспечение маршрутизатора обновлено до самой последней версии (эту информацию можно уточнить у вашего интернет-провайдера).
- Включите или отключите uPnP (автоматическую настройку подключаемых устройств) в настройках маршрутизатора или системы.
- Если у вас комбинированный модем/маршрутизатор или ADSL, попробуйте выбрать «режим моста», чтобы исключить из схемы маршрутизатор. Если это поможет справиться с проблемой, тогда, возможно, вам удастся подключить второй маршрутизатор между комбинированным модемом/маршрутизатором и консолью, а затем установить подключение PPPoE.
- Если у вас подключение ADSL, проверьте, не улучшится ли тип NAT при подключении PPPoE через консоль.
