есть прога
QuickTech Pro V5.8 — гуглю три вечера, не могу найти подробное описание. подскажите где можно почитать или у кого поспрашивать. (нужен комментарий к результату теста)

Прога корректно работает с памятью до 3Gb. Объём свыше обозначает как ошибки. (получено опытным путём)

Спасибо за ответ.Я, понял,что это не проблема с памятью моего ПК.
При дальнейшем тестировании этой прогой в раскладке «системная плата» в разделе АРМ все просканированные позиции отмечены красным цветом и ссылкой «Falled» ( скрины с экрана прилагаются).Не подскажите что это может быть?

Спасибо.Причину ошибок материнки нашли в дефекте контактов сокета: один изогнут, еще один контакт отсутствует вообще .Китай — открыл спор

You have strays system time and date?
Yes — to replace the RTC battery
No — just use laptop.
Do not use QUICKTECH PRO and other similar programs. This is not necessary.

My wife’s Windows XP Professional PC would boot into Windows, but whenever
she logged on and tried to do anything, the system would reboot. I
ran memory tests on the system with five free programs and two commercial
programs.

I booted the system with a Windows Memory Diagnostic boot CD and left it
run for a few hours. When I paused the test at «Pass: 4 Test: 3 of 6», I saw

I then booted the system with a QuickTech Pro version 4.11 boot CD and

detect any errors.

I then rebooted the system with an
Ultimate Boot CD version 4.1.1 CD. Ultimate Boot CD provides free
software for running diagnostics on a PC. It has several memory test programs.
I started a test of the system with one of those, Memtest86+ v1.70. I left
it run overnight for 12 hours. The program did not detect any errors.

Since Memtest-86+ was derived from
Memtest-86, I didn’t expect Memtest to
produce any diiferent results, but I rebooted from the Ultimate Boot CD and

DocMem RAM Diagnostic V3.1beta

I then rebooted from the Ultimate Boot CD again and ran another memory test
from that CD, DocMem RAM Diagnostic V3.1beta. When I selected that test,
the system froze. I had a boot CD with
DocMemory Diagnostic V3.1beta on it, i.e. the same software, so I booted
the system with that CD, instead. The test started successfully. I left it
run for 1/2 hour with no problems found.

I replaced the two 512 MB memory modules in the system with two other
512 MB memory modules and ran another test with Windows Memory Diagnostic.
It reported LRAND errors again. So I tested the power supply with a power
supply tester. It reported the power supply was marginal. I replaced the
power supply. I tested the new power supply with the power supply tester, which
reported all of the power supply’s voltages as normal.

I then put the two original memory modules in the system, so I had the
two orginal ones plus the two new ones I had inserted for a total of
2 GB of memory.

Windows Memory Diagnostic Beta 0.4

I tested the system again with Windows Memory Diagnostic v0.4. I left the
test run for several days. But, again, it reported LRAND memory errors. The
test display was showing «Pass: 31 Test: 3 of 6» when I paused it on
October 4, 2009 at approximately 10:50 A.M.

I then rebooted the system and tested it with DocMemory Diagnostic V3.1beta
at 5:45 P.M. I let it complete two passes with no errors found when I
stopped it at 6:25 P.M.

I attempted to reboot the system into Windows. The system displayed the
Windows logo during the boot process, but froze.

#1-TuffTEST-Pro 3.53

I rebooted the PC with a #1-TuffTEST-Pro 3.53 CD and ran an «Extended
Memory Test (1Mb and above)». From the «Extended Memory Menu», I chose
the «Extensive Extended Memory Test». I ran the test for about 45 minutes
and 11 passes with no errors found.

PC-DIAG Pro v1.3.21

I ran a test with PC-DIAG Pro v1.3.21 a couple of days ago. I had configured
the program to run a test on memory for 10 passes and to stop the test on
encountering any errors. It stopped at the «Random block test» on «Step 9
of 10». On October 8, I repeated the test, but with the program configured
to run for 11 passes. It stoped on «Step 9 of 11» at the «Random block test»
again.

I did several tests with the QuickTech Pro diagnostic tool and it kept coming up with the same error each time. I am running vista x64 home premium with 8gb (4x 2gb) of G-Skill DDR3-1333 PC3-1066.

the error occurs on the extended Memory ATS test as follows:

i noticed that in the BIOS the memory was set on AUTO, i set it to run at 1333 but still got extended memory errors. Could it be those errors that are causing my system to randomly crash even if they are clean on memtest?

I verified that the memory clock is 1600 MHz and voltage is set to 1.65 V

It turned out that the video card was slowly dying (and eventually died). that is what was causing my system crashes. I never did figure out what or why the extended memory errors were occurring, but getting a new video card solved my problems, and my system has been running (nearly) flawlessly for the past two months

I gave up on chasing this problem (maybe power supply issue, I have no idea).
My system has been working fine (Windows 7) + BurnIn test == no problems (for now, and I hope for the future).

I was using a Radeon 4870 x2 card that died, but replaced it with a new Radeon 5870.

also between the time when it would crash a lot, and now, I also installed Windows 7 x64 as Haumrabi did. Maybe the drivers arent as stable for XP and vista as they are for Windows 7?

I’m new here, but I’ve got the same problem -sort of.

I’ve got an MSI GT-735 old but pretty good notebook.
It came with an ATI Radeon HD 3850, AMD Turion X2 ultra, and 2X2 GB ram (DDR2 if I’m not mistaking).

It’s now over the warranty.
Also was broken at the power plug, so it’s been a while I was using it (had no money to repair) but now I fixed the power plug problem, installed Win7, aaand thought -because it had to be disassembled- to check if everything’s working. I went for Quicktech pro- everything passed (default test) EXCEPT the:
Extended memory test, ATS.

I was varying with the two ram modules and it turned out that if I remove one of them from the SECOND slot, the mentioned test passes without error. Sooooo I guess it means the slot (or motherboard?) has some errors. But I’m not sure because Win7 runs perfect so far (tho’ I had one blue screen of death..) win memtest shows no errors, applications run as well, etc…

Please, I’d appreciate any help.
Like what to do, what’s actually wrong -how to solve with almost no money..
aaand if something is wrong -should I just ignore and use win7, programs and such?
