Pro99997 tech tool ошибка

Hello,
I installed PTT 2.05.87 on a laptop with fresh Windows 7, copied APCI+ (02.2018) and activated program. Everything was done without any error during installation.
Then I tried to connect to Volvo FH440 2007 Euro5. Got PRO99997 error. rebooted PC, reconnected to the truck. the same error appeared.
Then I replaced APCI+ (Dtr, Otd) with 03.2018 version. Got the error again.
reactivated PTT with new user ID and database. Run the program, logged with new user name and got the same error.

If I use PTT1.12, connection is working properly, I can read DTC, etc.
That’s why I am sure, vocom adapter and cables are working as well as diagnostic jack in the truck.

Please advise how to fix the problem.
