Одним прекрасным днём включил комп, а он не загрузился. Накануне всё было в порядке.

Asus P8Z77-v Deluxe Rev. 1.02 запускается и зависает с горящим CPU_LED и c Q-code 15: Pre-memory System Agent initialization is started.

Для диагностики используются заведомо исправные:
процессор Intel® Core™ i3-2120 SR05Y,
оперативная память Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G,
блок питания Zalman ZM750-HP 750W.

Видимые повреждения платы и элементов не обнаружены.
Спикер молчит.
Сброс CMOS результатов не принёс.
Прошивка BIOS программатором ничего не изменила (BIOS с официального сайта с последующим отрезанием первых 2048 байт).
После запуска платы процессор и хаб SLJC7 умеренно нагреваются (радиаторы сняты).
Ненормально греющиеся элементы отсутствуют.
Разъёмы DIMM без видимых повреждений.
Установка оперативной памяти в разные разъемы и запуск платы без оперативной памяти ситуации не меняет.
В сокете загнутых и отломанных контактов не найдено.
Напряжение VCCSA = 0,93 В (другие напряжения на см. на картинке).
11 контактов VCCSA сокета звонятся на дроссели питания (сопротивление 0,4 Ом).
В верхнем ряду дросселей на четырёх правых крайних (питание встроенной в процессор графики?) напряжение 0,01 В.

Схему на эту плату в Интернете не нашёл (подскажите где взять, если знаете).
На англоязычных форумах проблему Q-code 15 решают заменой материнской платы.

В чём может быть причина?

На подобной плате P8Z77-V с пост-кодом 15 и горящим CPU Led проблема у меня решилась заменой хаба Z77.

На всякий случай прогрел SLJC7 — изменений нет. Как можно однозначно определить в хабе ли дело? Есть ли ещё какие-нибудь предположения?

Напряжение терминации DDR3 VTT = 0,76 В. Измерено на 120-м и 240-м контактах разъёма DIMM.

Заодно и другие напряжения:
VREFDQ (PIN1) = 0,76 В

Ну если действительно с прошивками м/схем bios всё в порядке, то вариант с хабом — один из основных.
Греть его бесполезно, они не отваливаются.

Один прекрасный день пришел и ко мне.
Тоже эта мать.
Тоже код 15, где можно найти информацию по данной проблеме?
Выключил ПК, через три часа сел чтоб поработать, а он это, того…
В интернете нашел только этот форум, но и здесь не густо.
Хотелось бы узнать, получилось ли что-нибудь у автора темы?
И какая цена ремонта?
Паралельно ищу ей замену, и что я вижу, а вижу что нет ничего в магазинах на s1155 нормального под i72600k, только никому не нужный хлам по 80$.
Ох уж эти маркетинговые выкрутасы, вот так, покупай теперь что-нибудь за 260-300$ и через четыре года фиг замену найдешь….

Чип меняется только на инфрокрасной паяльной станцией, низ шириной на всю плату и верх размером под участок пайки. Феном перегреете новый чип что его только на выброс, да и старый снимать будете оторвете пятаки под чипом. Лучше отдать в сервис или кто возьметься на форуме с гарантией. А проще готовую плату на авито купить, с проверкой.

Авито мне недоступен, на Али эта плата б/у а то и рефаблиш за 200$, кстати мне так до конца и не понятно какой именно смысл китайцы вкладывают в это слово.
Из новых, в интернет магазинах доступны только для слабеньких комплектующих, или микро- АТХ, мой процессор не потянет. А нокта упрется кулером в видяху. Так почему бы не воспользоваться шансом ценой в 15$…

Ну если есть инфрокрасная паяльная станция, то меняйте. Термовоздушным феном советую не пытаться, убьете все и плату и чип.
В сервисе порядка тыс 1,5-2 возьмут за работу, без учета стоимости чипа. А на авито можно с пересылкой договориться,но тут уже другие риски.

железяки ни разу не разгонял, в биосе стояла средняя настройка по питанию
на данный момент, при включении, как и у автора темы, ненормально горячих деталей нет
в дежурке всё холодное
по совету одного мастера, прогрел хаб, да и пол платы обычным феном до градусов 60 — как мертвому припарки…
последний вариант — перепрошить биос
так понимаю, что бортовая фича только для обновления биос

Простите, но прошивка биоса в таких случаях должна быть на одном из первых мест… врятли ваши программаторы справятся с этой задачей. Лучше отдать на прошивку в сервис.

Прошивку можно взять на сайте, обрезать первые 2кб и сверить со слитым дампом на вашем программаторе, если объем побитно совпадает, то шейте программатором. В каждой второй теме asus об этом пишут на форуме.

зависает с Q-code 15

Прошивку можно взять на сайте, обрезать первые 2кб и сверить со слитым дампом на вашем программаторе, если объем побитно совпадает, то шейте программатором. В каждой второй теме asus об этом пишут на форуме.

Прошил но результат не изменился
Подскажите в чем может бить проблема

Новые чипы продаются с шарами из бессвинцового припоя. Трафарет пригодится, если захотите перекатать шары на оловяно-свинцовые и если неудачно припаяете чипсет с первого раза.

System Agent (SA, Системный Агент) — контроллер, интегрированный в процессор и объединяющий в себе контроллеры внешних интерфейсов процессора: PCI Express, DMI, памяти и дисплейные интерфейсы, блок управления питанием (PCU). Функционально аналогичен северному мосту s775.

BIOS прошивается программатором по типу MiniPro TL866A (TL866). Файл BIOS берется со страницы поддержки официального сайта производителя материнской платы, затем открывается с помощью шестнадцатеричного редактора (например HxD), там выделеяются (Ctrl+E) байты с 0 (0x000) по 2047 (0x7FF) включительно, после чего они удаляются (Delete), а обрезанный файл сохраняется и записывается программатором в микросхему.

Схема Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe больше похожа на схему Asus P8Z77-V Premium.

По бордвью Asus P8Z77-V Premium определено:

  • 4 правых дросселя в верхнем ряду (PL1001 — PL1004), на которых в моей плате 0,01 В, отвечают за подачу напряжения питания (сигнал +VAUX) на 44 вывода VCCAXG процессора (VCCAXG = iGPU Vcore), то есть за питание встроенной в процессор графики. Должно ли там к моменту зависания платы с Q-code 15 быть другое напряжение, еще не ясно.
  • CPU_LED загорается по сигналу вывода SDATAOUT1/GPIO48 хаба SLJC7.

Делюсь имеющейся информацией по платам Asus P8Z77 (описания, руководства, фото, бордвью, схемы, даташиты, BIOS).

Изначально — китайцы вкладывали в это слово -в отремонченное (но товар не был продан — он был возвращен на завод либо от вендор
а либо от прода «при обноружении косяков при продаже или перед»)

проц и память заведомо рабочие подкидались. Хаб менял новый. Биос тоже шил. После прошивки биос пробегает пост код 10 и останавливается на 15( на родном сразу пост 15

Данная таблица содержит POST-коды, которые отображаются при полной процедуре POST.

Award BIOS 6.0: сокращенная загрузка

Сокращенная процедура выполняется при установке в BIOS параметра Quick Power On Self Test.

  • 65 Сбрасывается видеоадаптер. Инициализируются звуковой контроллер, устройства ввода/вывода,тестируется клавиатура и мышь. Проверяется целостность BIOS

  • D7 Управление передается интерфейсному модулю, распаковывающему код в область Run-Time
  • D8 Выполняемый код распаковывается из flash-памяти в оперативную. Сохраняется информация CPUID
  • D9 Распакованный код переносится из области временного хранения в сегменты 0E000h и 0F000h ОЗУ
  • DA Восстанавливаются регистры CPUID. Выполнение POST переносится в оперативную память
  • E1–E8, EC–EE Ошибки, связанные с конфигурацией системной памяти
  • 03 Запрещается обработка NMI, ошибок четности, выдача сигналов на монитор. Резервируется область для журнала событий GPNV, устанавливаются начальные значения переменных из BIOS
