Предупреждения
При использовании TS100 выключайте питание, когда оно не используется или оставлено без присмотра. Когда питание включено, температура наконечника будет между 100 ℃ ~ 400 ℃ (212 ℉ ~ 752 ℉), пожалуйста, будьте осторожны. Пожалуйста, не работайте с TS100, когда он мокрый, и не работайте с ним мокрыми руками, это может привести к поражению электрическим током.
Предостережения
При использовании TS100,
- Ручка изготовлена с точностью, следует избегать падения.
- После непрерывного использования до 40 минут температура поверхности рукоятки достигает 50℃~60℃.

Выбор адаптера питания
Перед подключением адаптера питания DC5525 (12-24 В) проверьте, находится ли адаптер в хорошем состоянии, как указано ниже. Мы рекомендуем блок питания DYS404-190210V (19 В, 2.1 А) в качестве аксессуара для TS100.

Эксплуатация
- Ослабьте установочный винт жала, вставьте разъем паяльного жала и затяните винт;
- Подключите заземляющий провод к установочному винту заземляющего провода;
- Подключите разъем постоянного тока к TS100, подключите шнур питания и включите питание соответствующим образом.
Примечание: Если на экране отображается «sen-err», когда он подключен, это означает, что жало паяльника не закреплено должным образом, пожалуйста, переустановите его правильно.

Базовый контроль
При подключении к адаптеру питания DC12-24V TS100 будет последовательно отображать свой логотип, номер версии и экран режима ожидания. При подключении к адаптеру питания постоянного тока 12-24 В одновременным нажатием кнопки A вы перейдете в режим DFU. На OLED-экране появится надпись «DFU1.0». Чтобы выйти из режима DFU: отключите и снова подключите устройство, не нажимая никаких кнопок, после чего оно перейдет в режим ожидания.

Паяльное жало
Замена жала паяльника
- Перед заменой отключите TS100 от сети.
- Ослабьте установочный винт наконечника.
- Вытащите наконечник, замените другим.
- Затяните винт.
Примечание: Когда TS100 отображает «sen-err», это означает, что жало паяльника установлено неправильно.
Выбор жала для паяльника
Обслуживание жала паяльника
- Перед выключением протрите сторону пайки жала припоем.
- Не оставляйте наконечник при высокой температуре на длительное время, это может привести к его возгоранию.
- Не нажимайте слишком сильно во время пайки, это может повредить жало.
- Не используйте грубый материал или files, чтобы очистить наконечник.
- Если поверхность наконечника окислена и затрудняет нанесение на нее припоя, вы можете использовать наждачную бумагу с зернистостью 600~800, чтобы протереть наконечник этанолом или изопропиловым спиртом, нагреть до 200 ℃ и немедленно нанести припой, чтобы избежать его повторного окисления.
- Не используйте флюс с высоким содержанием хлора или кислоты, используйте только флюс на основе смолы.
Срок службы паяльного жала
Срок службы паяльных жал зависит от их обслуживания (см. 5.3) и интенсивности использования..

Стандартное обслуживание
1 год гарантии предоставляется на один год, если повреждение не было вызвано ложными манипуляциями со стороны пользователя. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с вашим продавцом для получения сведений о гарантии. Советы являются расходными материалами, после их использования замена не предоставляется.
Настройка параметров по умолчанию
Подключите TS100 к компьютеру с помощью USB-кабеля для передачи данных, на OLED-дисплее отобразится «CONFIG», что означает, что он находится в режиме настройки. Откройте config.txt file с USB-накопителя установите параметры по умолчанию.
Техподдержка
- Войти www.miniware.com.cn и загрузите последнюю версию прошивки TS100 на свой компьютер.
- Подключите TS100 к ПК с помощью USB-кабеля для передачи данных, тем временем нажмите кнопку A на TS100, чтобы войти в режим DFU, как только на экране появится уведомление «DFU1.0». На вашем ПК появится виртуальный диск с 8 серийными номерами.
- Скопируйте шестнадцатеричную прошивку в корневой каталог этого диска. Когда расширение прошивки изменится с «hex» на «rdy», отключите USB, и прошивка будет обновлена.
