Solution
When doing a NI software install:
The installer needs a specific folder in the public directory on your hard drive. On some Windows computers, this folder was not created during the installation, causing this error. If you find you’re receiving this error and the C:UsersPublicDocuments folder is present already, you can try deleting and then recreating the folder using the following steps:
Note: Follow these steps exactly as making a directory in Windows Explorer will not allow Windows to detect it correctly.
Go to the command line to manually create the missing folder:
- In Windows, press START » Run and enter cmd.exe to open the command prompt window
Navigate to the correct folder by typing the following:
- Change to root directory: cd
- Change to users directory: cd users
- Change to public subdirectory: cd public
- Verify, that the folder documents do not exist: dir
If this folder does not exist, continue with these steps by typing the following (see picture below):
- Create a new documents folder: md documents
- Verify, that the folder was created successfully: dir
Note that Windows XP computers will also fail if the C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocuments folder does not exist. If it does exist, please contact NI Technical Support
When doing a LabVIEW application install:
- Go to the Installer Properties under your build specifications
- Go to the Destinations category
- Check that the default destination folder is created on your system

das Setup mit der Fehlermeldung «TARGETDIR …» ab. Mehrfach mit anderen

Trifft leider auch nicht zu, der Firmenname enthält weder
unzulässige Zeichen, modernes lateinische Alphabet.

Saving energy re — install error of setting on Portege S100
I’m trying to re — install the utility Power Saver on my Portege S100 (after its removal via Control Panel |) Remove Programs).
I downloaded the version of WinXP S100 of Power Saver and unpacked. When I run the setup.exe, I get a stop error message «the parameter is incorrect.» There is no apparent documentation with the download say what parameter is required etc.
Has anyone seen this before or you have a suggestion on how to re — install Power Saver successfully.

The common modules must be installed first before other tools and utilities will be installed
There is also the hardware configuration and Power Saver tool. This utility should be used for the BIOS ver1.30 or above.

Vista SP2 x 64 install error «0xc0190036 517/97646 (explorer.exe)» _
I’m trying the upgrade of vista x 64 sp1 to vista sp2 x 64. When the system tries to restart, it crashes with the error «0xc0190036 517/97646 (explorer.exe). I have to hard start and do a restore.
I tried several suggestions over a period of 3 days. One of the suggestions was to run chkdsk. This is the error I get when I run chkdsk: «explorer.exe entry index in the index file 35 $I30 are incorrect.» If I run chkdsk /f it says it removes the entry and then explorer.exe is an orphan. When I reboot and running chkdsk /f even once, I get the same messages.
Is the vista sp2 x 64 install error and the error from chkdsk associated. What should I do?

When you try to update I get files no long registered or installed error message. I click on register or update for me. said was both 100% try again & get the same

I suggest try to reset the Windows Update components, follow these steps:
- Open a Windows command prompt window. To open a command prompt, click Start , and then click run. Copy and paste (or type) that follows the command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:

Error code; The parameter is Incorrect
My operating system is «Windows XP Home.» I tried to print a multitude of photos using the «Photo Print Wizard.» When I click the link icon in the «picture and Fax Viewer», I get the error code; The parameter is Incorrect. The wizard does not open. I noticed that the icon in the ‘Control Panel’ folder has changed and the name is ‘File’ rather than ‘printers and faxes ‘. I made every effort to change, including to remove and reinstall my printer but nothing helped. I can’t delete the file or find the root of this folder in ‘windows ‘. It seemed to me that the path of the file has been changed due to a change of name of this file in the path. However, I can still use a printer installed by other software to print. By the way, when I reinstall any printer, I do not see the printer in this file but it always says ‘File’ in the ‘control panel ‘. The shimgvw.dll file is registered correctly as I can tell. If I try to launch ‘Photo and Print Wizard’ from the link on the left in the «Control Panel» itself, I just get a beep for error but no error code. The wizard does not start. This wizard is a very important tool to print multiple selections at once. I havn’t used in awhile, so I don’t know when it is first of all changed. Any thoughts?, anyone? Is there another install name of the package in the wizard to reinstall it from Microsoft?

1. Click Start> run type REGSVR32 photowiz.dll click OK

2. If you are unsure if you have this module, DO a SEARCH using the search tool in the «Start Menu».
3. If the search shows nothing in the directory… (drive letter) WindowsSystem32, and then search the directory(drive letter)WINDOWSServicePackFilesi386, Scroll to module; photowiz.dll and ‘Copy and paste’ to your windows folder directory as described above. Depends on your drive letter on which you originally installed «Windows XP». It is usually a letter‘C‘.
5. If you had to ‘Copy and paste’ this module in your operating system folder. Then, you must re-register the above method module.

Recently I had to replace my computer with a new one. Always running on XP, I got the old primary HDD as secondary in the new. MEASURE with WAMP worked very well in the earlier version of the system where as with the variation on I entered a series of questions.

I had exactly the same problem, has nothing to do with your appz that have to do with the new version of php 5.3, I did a test where I have installed two versions of php 5.3 and 5.2.9 when I switched to 5.2.9 it worked as soon I went to 5.3 I got the error, what looks like uninstall is not compatiable with 5.3 or more.

Hello, I did a disk eraser and reinstalled everything (to clean computers), then when I had to reinstall firefox I had a problem. I play a game called Fallensword. He has a script called Fallenswordhelper. So I installed GreaseMonkey, then when I tried to install the scripts said «Script cannot be installed error: failed @require json2.js. I did it for my computer every year since I started to use computers. I’ve never had this before. Please help me to get a fix for this, because I google it and cannot find an answer.
I am the original author of FallenSwordHelper. It was due to some changes in GreaseMonkey 0.9.0, which made it impossible to have local scripts.
I did an update (temporary?) so that extra all scripts (such as json2.js) now use absolute URLS.

В чем теперь искать причину — я затрудняюсь ответить. Сейчас поговорил с ребенком. Вот, что он мне написал: Проблема в неправильной регистрации библиотеки vbscript. Создаю схему в multisim 10, передаю в ultiboard, на плате не хватает нескольких компонентов.
Проверьте в Multisim-е перечень соединений в меню отчеты , а затем сравните его с перечнем, который отображается во время передачи в Ultiboard. Если все совпадает, то в Ultiboard-е в блоке информации откройте колонку компонентов и посмотрите наличие в ней этих элементов. Возможно, они просто, по какой-либо причине находятся за пределами рабочего поля. Все это справедливо, если у Вас установлена полная версия программы без возможных ограничений по количеству компонентов.
Всем спасибо. Удалил их из базы, создал по новому но с латинскими буквами и всё заработало. Когда они были кириллицей, в ultiboard не попадали и некоторые соединённые с ними элементы. А у меня генерирует два файла, куда их ставить? Добавлено через 5 минут У меня есть MultiSim Помниццо, их и должно быть два: для Multisim и для Ultiboard Доброго времени суток!

Хочу сказать что тот установочный пакет что у меня есть, успешно устанавливается и работает на других компьютерах с ОС Windows XP Professional SP2 SP3 , то есть дома и на работе пытался установить, не получается, когда у коллеги на работе на такую же ОСь всё стало нормально, а на мою не ставится, у меня и дома и на работе установлена ОСь с одного диска, но дома мне пришлось переустановить Windows не из-за Multisim, а по совершенно другой фатальной причине , и для верности, после переустановки Винды с того же моего установочного дистрибутива, я первым делом установил Multisim Спасибо за внимание!
Подскажите пожалуйса, как схему смоделированную в Multisim Я только начинаю осваивать Mulnisim. В открывшемся окне приложения Ultiboard выберите требуемый размер и конфигурацию платы, переместите на нее все элементы и соедините их проводниками.
Я делаю именно так, но у меня получается вот, что: во — первых микруха N простой мультивибратор представлена четырьмя корпусами, это после экспортирования во — вторых появляется сообщение: «Схема содержит 2 виртуальных компонента которые не могут быть экспортированы. Ну, во-первых, в Multisim-е войдите в свойства микросхемы правой кнопкой по символу и выбрать свойства и посмотрите тип корпуса. Если он не DIP14 а, скорее всего, у Вас так и есть , то замените его.
По поводу виртуальных компонентов — они в Ultiboard-е будут отображаться в виде маленьких перечеркнутых квадратов. В блоке информации откройте вкладку Компоненты и проверьте, у которых из них нет обозначения корпуса. Затем зайдите в Multisim и в свойствах этих компонентов назначте тип корпуса. Доброго времени суток столкнулся стем что нужно создать модель элемента не компонента , но выполнение действий из гайда не невозможно, не создается нужный файл.
Если кто может помочь то буду очень благодарен, так как найти в интернете информации по этому поводу не выходит. Привет весм форумчанам. Установил Мультисим 10 как в ней работать еще не знаю зашел к вам на форум Чтобы ознакомитсья с информацией. Очень странно!!

Скачал библиотеку отечественных элементов. Добавлено через 2 часа 27 минут Как нарисовать отсутсвующий корпус? По первому вопросу: Войти в Инструментарий и выбрать Объединить базы данных. В качестве приемной следует выбрать индивидуальную базу, а в качестве источника — базу отечественных элементов.
По второму вопросу ответить здесь, конечно, сложно. Это длинное описание. Выложите адрес своей электронной почты, и я пришлю Вам требуемый материал. PS Я не в курсе, в каком виде у Вас библиотека отечестенных компонентов, так как ей не пользуюсь. Возможно, добавление компонентов можно сделать и через импорт в диалоговом окне базы данных. Через импорт пробовал по одному элементу перетаскиваю, очень долго. Решил переносить по мере надобности.

Я не смог нати. Уточняю — русский хелп только по Ultiboard. Для того, чтобы он открывался из программы, надо сначала удалить родной Ultiboard. После этого в основную директорию программы вставить файл Ultiboard. Если же имеется в виду файл по Multisim в формате PDF, который является переводом руководства по 7 версии, то как файл справки он работать не будет. Прочел тут что надо старый мультисим удалять но я поставил 9 10 10,1 11 ,все работает По всему нету не нашел реального CD,может кто знает где достать.

SourceDir is set to the directory your MSI is run from. It generally doesn’t make sense to change it unless you know where you have archived the installation cabs/non-compressed source files. TARGETDIR might be a good candidate, but if you change it this way you may not be able to set it via the command line.
