I’m on windows 11 pro as advised by a moderator.

I have encountered a similar error but with the number 1003.
Uninstalling Armoury Crate with the uninstall tool and reinstalling didn’t fix it, had to do a windows reinstall then all went back to normal.

You can try the Armoury Crate uninstall tool to see if it might work for you.
Select your OS then click «See All Downloads», it’s the second download.

Reinstall Armoury Crate, head to the Update Center and check for updates.

If Armoury Crate and all your devices are up to date, you should be good to go.
What you’re seeing in device manager is normal.

Same issue but not always an error code
I am having the same issue on a fresh Win 11 pro install. Sometimes I get error code 2005 others no code like now.

Программа автоматически настраивает языковые параметры на основе системных настроек Windows. Соответственно, для смены языка в Armoury Crate необходимо поменять языковой пакет операционной системы.
В Windows 10 / 11 для этого следует нажать сочетание клавиш Win + I → значок Time & Language (см. скриншот №1) → вкладка Language (см. скриншот №2) → в разделе Preferred languages необходимо добавить новый языковой пакет при помощи кнопки Add a language → в контекстном списке укажите Русский / Russian → кнопка Next → Install. В некоторых случаях также требуется нажать на языковой пакет, кликнуть на кнопку Options и скачать данный пакет.
В разделе Windows display language выберите нужный язык (см. скриншот №3). На экране появится сообщение о необходимости перезагрузки системы, после чего произойдет изменение языковых настроек. Уже после перезагрузки в Armoury Crate также изменится основной язык.
