1. After a while, days or weeks, all packs seem unowned. I have to delete and recopy all packs, do the unlocker again, because there seems to be no other way around it. It is really annoying and time consuming. Is there any other way?

   1. No need to recopy all DLC’s, just run the Unlocker again, type 5,1,2,14 and q.
      Although you posted under the remid cookie, I presume you do have the legal base game.
      The reason why you seem to lose your packs is switching from the EA app to Origin or from Origin to the app.

      do the instructions given to LOG INTO EA.COM.
      exit your browser & exit game.
      right click The Sims 4.
      click “run as Administrator.”
      click on “ea/connect” option (ON THE FAR RIGHT).
      press f12 (SOME KEYBOARDS SHARE F12 KEY WITH ANOTHER KEY… IT WILL BE ON THE TOP OF YOUR KEYBOARD. PRESS FN & TO ACTIVATE F12).
      it may look overwhelming, but it’s easy…
      find “Applications.”
      if you do not see, press >> then “Applications.”
      then, find “Cookies”
      under “Cookies,” push drop arrow..
      find the website (http:ea…). click it.
      on the right side, new menu you will see.
      you will see “remid.” see right side of “remid? ” the long number?
      right click the long number > change value > right click & copy it.
      go back to The Sims 4 Launcher & right click remid area & paste.
      VIOLA.

2. Hi, I have downloaded the EA app and have an account and am playing as normal. But when I go to the gallery and click on something it says, ‘could not locate item’ and then the items have red crosses on them. Please do you have any advice I have watched lots of videos and followed the steps and it still doesn’t work. One thing I find that I am missing from the YouTube videos is the origin folder in my documents. It simply doesn’t exist and I don’t know why. It is very frustrating to not be able to access the gallery so any help would be appreciated thank you 🙂

   1. There is no Origin folder in Documents.
      Simply start your game via the EA app and you’ll get full access to the Gallery.

   1. Yes, that is normal when you work with 2 installation folders with different version numbers.
      Make sure both folders are on the same version.
      To make your game immediately accessible again, delete the file GameVersion from C:DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 4

    1. No, a cracked game will not work to access the Gallery (exception, see this page)
       When you buy the base game, let Origin install it, preferably in the same direction of your cracked game.
       When it installs in the default directory (C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesThe Sims 4) copy the EP, GP, EP and SP’s from your cracked directory to this new directory.
       Then run the EA DLC Unlocker to incorporate your cracked DLC’s into the legal game.
       When that’s done correctly, you do not need your cracked game anymore.

    1. The post here says what happened. EA blocked the method that was used previously to access the gallery, updating wouldn’t affect that. Just read the article or the comments…

       1. The file anadius64online.dll in the crack will be removed when you start the updater.
          This means that from now on, you don’t have the choice on- or offline anymore as you can’t be online without a legal game.

                Beware, every time you use the Updater the file Anadius64online.dll will be removed from GameBin.

    1. Hey I can help you I guess. First you have to select the sims 4 at origin site, there you will have a button named “try …”. Then you can select trial version. Second issue is in syntax, you have to put -alwaysonline after .exe”
       Look at this path TS4_x64.exe” -alwaysonline

    1. When your crack is still Codex or Reloaded in your folder Game/Bin use the crack by Anadius.
       If you don’t have Anadius64.dll run the updater first.

    1. I wish I could help you but at the moment I can’t find a cure unless you own a legit base game. In that case you can apply the Pack System.

       When you log in to your (dummy) account are the name and password remembered or must you type these in again ?

                If not rightclick on your shortcut select Properties and remove _alwaysonline opr -alwayoffline from the start-up window

    1. Log in on Origin.
       Click on Origin (top left on the navigation bar)
       Select sign out

       Then login on Origin again and enter your login details for another account

       2. Hi, i had that problem too i wanted to play in online and just didn’t worked. Download the demo version from origin, the create a sim after that I restarted the laptop and it’s working. Good luck!

91. Greetings! I’ve been trying to turn online-mode on for 3 days and every time i became an error “network error!”. I have 100% clean game without saves, mods etc. I tried 3 times to create new profiles even with different proxies/IPs, browsers, methods. Nothing worked for me! I tried to download a new Game-folder, change the location of the game, delete cached-files. Every time I got “network error!”.

    Then I tried to catch the IP-address of request, that goes from TS4_x64.exe. I found the only one tcp-req to 159.153.191.240. And.. this IP-address can’t be traced and pinged even through different online-services!

    So.. is it a bug or is this IP-address was blocked or what should I do?

93. I think I did everything correctly. I made a new account, installed the free create-a-sim, logged out, clicked the ‘login in’ button when I start the sims 4, logged in on the Origin website, got the remid code, pasted it in the sims 4 menu, made sure Origin wasn’t running and started the sims 4 through the remid menu. But still the game freezes in the loading screen with the text and the blue background. Did I forget something or did something wrong??

105. hi, i have this version and it worked perfectly for a few days. now, when i open this version it works but i get a pop up when i get to the menu “promoting” the new upcoming pack. When i try to close that pop up, it freezes and ends up crashing. the ‘always offline’ version works perfectly. do you know what might be causing this issue?

              1. yes, that’s how a firewall works. It blocks connections it finds suspicious/ones you block until you make an exception for it.
