Как выяснилось, Windows 10 больше не поставляет библиотеку MSCOMCTL.OCX, которая используется в среде Visual Basic 6 Runtime для визуализации графического интерфейса приложений. - Press Windows + E to launch the File Explorer. Navigate to the following file path:
