Gweedozedo,
Rendering inside Premiere Pro. Now that you ask, I think I’ve tried to use the queue option and I get an error.
Likely, your IT department did not install the proper version of Creative Cloud to your computer. There are two different kinds of installations: one that carries that royalty bearing codecs (which you need), and one that doesn’t, which gives you errors when exporting. Please tell your IT department to install the correct version of Creative Cloud.
If this is not the case

Today while working on few after effects animation projects for my clients, I started to face several errors with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder. I am using version CC 2015 for both. Last time I had encountered Adobe Media Encoder CC not opening error message and I had fixed it in the previous blog post.

Fix Adobe Application Manager Missing or Damaged Error on After Effects CC 2015 – 2017

Download & install following application on your Windows PC.
- Adobe Application Manager 10.0 – Download Mirror
Once you have installed Adobe Application Manager 10.0, the error message of missing / damaged application manager will be gone, you will be able to open Adobe After Effects and you will be served with another challenge when you will try to render the After Effects Projects with Adobe Media Encoder. Now you will need to fix Adobe Media Encoder Error: AEGP Plugin Missing; Adobe Media Encoder Not Installed Error.
Fix Adobe Media Encoder Error: AEGP Plugin Missing; Adobe Media Encoder Not Installed Error
- Open Command Prompt (CMD) as Administrator on your Windows PC.
- Write the following line in Command Prompt (CMD):
mklink /J “C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Media Encoder CC 2015” “D:ProgramsAdobeAdobe Media Encoder CC 2015”
(the first path is the default location of the AME and the second one is the location where you installed it. Please make sure to make the exact changes to Drive letters or Folder names.) - Verify by opening AE and Export your composition, it should automatically open AME with your comp in the queue.
After following all the steps including the installation of Adobe Application Manager, please restart your PC. Afterwards you will be able to use Adobe After Effects CC 2015 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 without any error message. I hope this short yet informational guide will help you to fix errors. Have a great time! 🙂

So I just bought Creative Cloud and have just started to try to figure out how to use After Effects today.
I have imported a movie and added some text animations, and I am trying to export the video to the Media Encoder but I keep getting the following error.
AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLInkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.apps . ( 5027 :: 12 )
After I click «OK» I get the next message:
AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Failed to connect to Adobe Media Encoder. ( 5027 :: 12 )
So I really don’t know what do because I have just started using After Effects but I would like some input on how to fix it because I would be able to like to export a video at some point.
The Render Engine is installed but whenever I try to open it nothing happens but After Effects opens again. At one point I had four After Effects open at once and didn’t realize it.
If it matters, I did install the CUDA plugin.
So if anyone could give me some information or support on this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.
