Summary
A user finds that they cannot run a NiceLabel product. Instead of launching the application, they are getting an error message “We cannot run…” This applies to NiceLabel Designer, NiceLabel Automation Builder, NiceLabel Automation Manager and NiceLabel Print. While frustrating, the situation is relatively easy to resolve as we explain below.
Explanation
These error messages have a common source. They appear when NiceLabel Proxy Service 2019 is not running. In the situation that lead to these errors, the credentials used to run the proxy service had diminished. As a result, they did not have sufficient permissions needed to run the service and therefore, the applications could not launch.
Quick Fix
Check the permissions and status of the login credentials. If they are insufficient, obtain valid credentials and use them to log in.

В реестр внёс изменения, перезагрузился.
Не помогло, после перезагрузки тоже самое.
Проблема в том что в каталоге драйверов нету «nsiproxy.sys», единственное что нашел похожее это файл «ndproxy.sys»
В реестре куда добавлял инфу тоже небыло ничего про эту службу.

У меня имеется вчерашний бэкап утилитой NTBACKUP, как думаете он сможет решить проблему?
Правда для его восстановления нужно запустить сервер в режиме восстановления службы каталогов, я пока не знаю как это.

Может пойти с другой стороны, как убрать зависимость службы Workstation от службы nsi? (попробовал, не помогает, ругается на другую службу, сейчас удалил все зависимости)

Проблемы
Предположим, что имеется приложение или средство, которое работает в Windows 7 или Windows Server 2008 R2 и что приложение или средство выполняет одно или несколько из следующих задач:
Мониторинг другого сервера с помощью протокола ICMP или ping.exe
Запуск нескольких короткоживущих процессов для выполнения своей работы и процесс затем остановлена
Это любой сетевой активности и процесс затем остановлено другим приложением или сценария
В этом случае после сервер работает непрерывно несколько часов или несколько дней, можно заметить, что утечка памяти в службе сетевого интерфейса хранилища (NSI). Кроме того можно заметить следующие проблемы:
Если остановить мониторинг программного обеспечения перестает утечки памяти.
Если остановить приложение, а затем перезагрузите компьютер, не происходит утечка памяти происходит в службе NSI.
В некоторых случаях если вы отключите и затем включить сетевой адаптер можно заметить внезапного пик использования ЦП службой NSI. Кроме того использование памяти сразу приходит падения с 1 или 2 гигабайта (ГБ) 200 или 300 мегабайт (МБ).
Эта проблема может возникнуть в любом из следующих случаев.
Сценарий 1
Если приложение, например, ping.exe принудительно остановлен, это возможно, функция IcmpCloseHandle не вызывается. В этом случае служба NSI может обнаружить, что имеется клиент. Таким образом служба постоянно отправлять уведомления о все ICMP-сообщения. Поскольку клиент не существует, список уведомлений постоянно растет. Список не очищены до NSI служба остановлена.

Разработчик создает приложение для отправки и приема сообщений ICMP с помощью интерфейсов API IPHlelper. В этом случае сервер NSI сохраняет регистрации ожидания для процесса, который будет остановлена. При наличии нескольких экземпляров приложения перерыв, служба NSI будет иметь много устаревших регистраций. Состояние асинхронного RPC и другая информация сохраняется для каждой регистрации. Это добавляет использования памяти. Обычно эти регистрации создаются для изменения интерфейса или изменение адреса одноадресной IP. Если нет никаких изменений в состоянии, по-прежнему поддерживаются этих регистраций.
В процессе регистрации используются следующие функции уведомления:
Причиной многих приложений не вызова (CancelMibChangeNotify2) или остановить процесс обсуждается в разделе функции NotifyIpInterfaceChange на веб-узле Microsoft Developer Network.

Удаляла и ставила драйвера сетевой и обновляла у материнки, включала/выключала сетевую и в диспетчере и в BIOS. Это не помогло.

Как проверить службу?
панель управления-администрирование-службы.
Ищите службу под названием «сетевые подключения», она должна быть в состоянии «включено».
Ekanaka, предлагаю попробовать восстановить значения служб по умолчанию.
Выберите тут (http://www.blackviper.com/2010/12/16/windows-7-service-pack-1-services-registry-files-2/) в разделе Default Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Services Start Key: вашу редакцию, скачайте и примените скачанный твик реестра. Процедура «на свой страх и риск», поскольку я их не тестировал.
команда netsh winsock reset чудодейственно помогает
Я его не смогла найти в списке, а то именно это и попробовала бы.
Где ее вводить? Я не знаю, где в Win7 командная строка.

А команда точно так пишется? Написал, что winsock reset не найдена.
ну, так с XP я и сам регулярно проделываю, но вот в любой момент может возникнуть такая же необходимость с win7, и никто мне правду сказать не может.
Ну при умении пользоваться акронисом ничто не мешает, раз выхода нет, поэкспериментировать.
Ekanaka, с помощью Acronis True Image делаете образ системного раздела, устанавливаете window 7 поверх, обновлением, и если результат не устраивает, откатываетесь на начальную позицию, восстановив систему из образа.
Также можно, при наличии загрузочного диска windows, попробовать провести восстановление поврежденных системных файлов из командной консоли, справка тут (http://www.oszone.net/12548)
Нигде вроде не упоминается, а драйвера сетевой карты удалить и поставить заново попытка делалась? Для этого нужно в диспетчере устройств для сетевой на вкладке «драйвер» выбрать «удалить драйвера». Драйвера при этом, насколько я понял, удаляются вместе с файлами. После чего попробовать их поставить заново.
в центре управления сетями не отображается ни одного соединения, хотя в диспетчере устройств сетевуха видна и «работает нормально».
При попытке подключения интернета появляется сообщение, что-то вроде: произведена попытка подключения второго соединения, хотя порт и соединение уже используется первым соединением.
То что я сейчас предлагаю, уже чистой воды импровизация, так что прежде чем проделывать это, сохраните соответсвующуе ветки реестра.
Найдите ветку HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionNetworkCards и удалите все подразделы.
Найдите также ветку HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetContro lNetwork и подчистите подразделы, содержащие параметры типа «Подключение по локальной сети».
Этим вы частично (реально это еще много где сидит) снесете информацию, которую создает система при распознавании сетевых карт и соединений, после этого и перезагрузки она должна создать эти ветки заново.
