Оговорюсь сразу, что 100% гарантии «исцеления» она не дает, однако в большинстве случаев помогает буквально сразу.
Итак, что необходимо сделать:
- Закройте клиент New World, если он открыт.
- Запустите командную строку, набрав cmd в строке поиска (слева внизу на Windows 10) или найдя её в служебных программах Windows в Пуске. Запускайте командную строку от имени администратора! Для не совсем не знающих, чтобы это сделать, нажмите правой кнопкой мыши по иконке командной строки — запустить от имени администратора.
- После перечисленных действий, набираем эту команду без кавычек «ipconfig /flushdns» в командную строку. После этого должны появиться строки «Windows IP Configuration. Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache». Данный шаг очистил кеш DNS и скорее всего, сделает возможным доступ к игре.

This thread saved my life, got off work after an absolute hell of a day played for about 15 mins, had to restart my computer for an update, and have been sitting here wildly upset trying to trouble shoot the issue, searched google like crazy and seems only this thread I found the correct answer, I’m now finally playing again after over an hour of frustration, thank you all so much
EDIT: The correct answer obviously being disable ipv6 if somehow someone doesn’t read everyone else’s comment before mine

How to fix minspec failed error? i`ve already played over 100 hours without any problem.
how can i fix this when i check failure list, it said that my installed OS is window 8. Actually my OS is window 10 pro.

i have all of these as far as i know and still get failed one or more minimum requirements, but still lets me play the game, i can get 30 fps easy and even 60 if my home network isnt so busy, i have nvidia gtx 1650 and use it for my graphic processing since it wasnt used off the bat but that still didnt change anything, nvidia is up to date, and i have amd ryzen 5 4600 cpu 3ghz and 4 cores, windows 10 64 bit i do have directx 12 more then 36 gb available and 8 gb ram, and it is a broadband internet connection, i still get this failed log, i had been told from another new game user that it can also be something with bios, and when they «fixed» that it went away but i am unsure how to do that, or if its something else im not doing properly, not sure if some replys about my amd drivers is the issue, or if they are out of date or if its a windows things, i do not know, i did about «can i run it» site, and it tells me i also meet minimum, only thing there is that it tells me my amd radeon graphics is a little out of date for drivers but still good to play new world, but also doesnt seem to register my nvidia even tho i use it, or i believe i am using it

The launch of the novelty did not go entirely smoothly. Players faced huge queues on the server, as well as various technical problems. In this article, we have collected solutions for common problems with New World.
What kind of computer do you need for New World (system requirements)?

New World won’t start on Windows 7
The game is not designed to run on operating systems older than Windows 10. In addition, a 64-bit OS is required.
New World won’t start / freezes on startup / black screen / vcruntime140_1.dll error / error code 23
I. Download and install RuntimePack . This is a complete set of all the libraries you need to run games.
II. Check the integrity of the game files on Steam:
- start Steam;
- go to the «Library» section;
- right-click on the name of the game (New World) in the list on the left and open the properties;
- in the «Local files» tab, click «Check the integrity of game files»;
- wait for the process to complete.
III. Disable MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner and other similar software.
Anti-cheat problems in New World / error 00000018h / Error code: 30005/30007 / VROM read error / fatal error / game crashes
- Disable all programs running in the background.
- If it does not help, then check your computer for viruses .

The game servers are overloaded or technical work is underway. Just try again after a while (sometimes the next day). You can find out the status of the servers here .
Not enough memory error in New World
Your PC is out of RAM. The best solution is to increase the amount of RAM to at least 8 gigabytes. Increasing the paging file probably won’t help. Also, be sure to close your browser before launching any game. Especially if it has a large number of open tabs.
Resolution does not change in New World
This error can occur if screen scaling is enabled on Windows. You can compensate for this as follows:
- Find the NewWorld.exe file in the game folder.
- Go to properties and go to the «Compatibility» tab.
- Click the Change High DPI Settings button.
- In the option «Override scaling mode …» select «Application».
Error 0xc0000001 / 0xc0000005 in New World
This is a problem with Windows system files. Some of them can be damaged. Perform a system restore or reinstall Windows. To check and repair damaged system files, open a command prompt (Windows key + R) and enter the command «sfc / scannow» (without quotes).
Error 0xc000007b in New World
Reinstall or update your graphics card drivers. It is advisable to do a clean install to reset unsuccessful settings.
New World slows down / lags / low FPS / error «minspec failed»
Check your PC meets the system requirements

Update your graphics card drivers
Visit the video card manufacturer’s website:
- NVIDIA GeForce . The site itself will select the appropriate drivers. Just hit Search and then Download Now. After the download is complete, run the downloaded file and follow the instructions of the installer.
- AMD Radeon . Scroll down to Search for your product and select your graphics card in the Graphics section. Click the «Submit» button. On the page that opens, click LMB on your version of Windows and click «Download». When the download is complete, run the downloaded file and follow the instructions of the installer.
Important: Be sure to restart your computer after updating your drivers.
Enable high performance for your graphics card
For NVIDIA GeForce owners:
- Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking on the desktop.
- Select Manage 3D Settings from the list on the left.
- Switch to the «Program Settings» tab in the main part of the screen and select New World from the drop-down list under «1. Select a program to configure ”(if the game is not in the list, then add the corresponding button next to it).
- In the list below, find the Power Management Mode function and switch it to Maximum Performance Mode Preferred.
For AMD Radeon and AMD processor owners:
- Open Radeon Settings by right-clicking on the desktop.
- Go to the «System» section.
- In the «Switchable Graphics» category, set the «Maximum Performance» graphics card as the main one.
- Click “Accept”.
How to adjust graphics in New World / how to increase FPS (frame rate)
Optimal settings for a weak PC , close to the minimum system requirements:
Window Mode: Fullscreen.
- Resolution: 1920×1080.
- Field of View: 50.
- Effect Details: Low.
- Lighting Details: Low.
- Object Details: Medium.
- Post Processing Details: Medium.
- Shadows Details: Low.
- Terrain Details: Medium.
- Texture Details: Medium.
- Water Details: Low.
- V-Sync: On.
- Max FPS: 30.
- Player Nameplate amount: 10.
- Dynamic Resolution Scaling: Off.
Sound problems in New World / audio clicks / audio wheezing
- Open the Windows Control Panel.
- Go to the Hardware and Sound section.
- Open the sound settings.
- Select the default device (there should be a green checkmark next to it) and go to its properties with the button below.
- In the «Advanced» tab, select the default format «24 bit, 48000 Hz».
- If it does not help, then lower it to «16 bit, 44100 Hz».
New World game has stopped working / error «DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG»
Perhaps the problem is overheating of the video card. Check to see if the fans of her cooling system are blocked by adjacent wires. If everything is in order with this, then try resetting the overclocking: go to the MSI Afterburner application and press the Reset button (if such a program is not installed, then the video card most likely did not overclock).
