Fault codes
In the event of a malfunction, all codes can be viewed using the Instrument Panel Control Unit on the instrument cluster.
If the electronic system detects the presence malfunction, the code is displayed on the screen faults in the form of a symbol and a letter denoting the faulty component. Under certain conditions,
in addition to display of the malfunction code, the corresponding warning lamp flashes and turns on sound signal. Depending on the displayed fault it is recommended to perform basic operations
service or contact your dealer (see fault code tables below).
System fault E3 engine with AdBlue / DEF technology
If a malfunction occurs in the system, an error code appears on the dashboard corresponding to the malfunction.
Emergency operation is activated, in which the engine power is limited to 60%, and the maximum speed is 1500 rpm.

and how to repair, will simply say “reassemble”. If you have your PTO in the wash tank, in 30 pieces, without |

notes, you have a problem. The parts manual can help you out with an exploded view of the PTO unit, and you can |

see immediately how it all goes back together. |

Operator’s Manual — Sometimes referred to as the owner’s manual. This manual came with the tractor. The |
||
|
manual that was given to the ultimate consumer by the manufacturer. It can be compared to the manual you |
||
|
receive in the glove box of a new car. This manual gives the owner-operator instructions, shift patterns, capacities |
||
|
(anti freeze, crankcase, etc.) and adjustment procedures (brakes, clutch, etc.). This is a very useful and valuable |
||
|
tool in operating your tractor. |

Service Manual — Tells you how to take the tractor apart, how to fix it, and how to put it back together again. It is |

|
the manual that the factory furnished the dealer’s shop service department, and was not sent or given to individual |

|
retail customers. These are authentic manuals that deal with repairs in the language of a mechanic. Often times |
||
|
Manuals are high quality printing of the |
they include much valuable information as to specifications, torque’s, etc. If you are in the serious repairs or |
|
|
restoration, you need the shop service manual; It can give you many short cuts and save you much time. |

Здравствуйте всем. Такая проблема: звенит что то в промежутке мтз 82. Трактор новый, звон не сильный, звенит в районе рычага повышенной пониженной. Включаешь черепаху — звона нет, включаешь зайца опять звон. Повторяюсь, трактор новый, от силы 100 моточасов. Звенел изначально, когда 1 моточас был. Сравнивали со остальными мтз тоже новые на каждом 1 моточас тоже звон. Дело в том, то что он не сильный. Ну, а мы, как гарантия мтз, должны что то с этим сделать, так как клиент говорит что отработал много лет на них стаж 60 лет самому чуть больше 30))))) Говорит отвернулся какой-то флянец))) Подскажите, как устранить, а то не хотелось бы разбирать новый трактор просто так? Тем более в такую погоду.
