I originally got a m2535dn because it had
1. a developer not installed issue… fix… replace empty toner cartridge
2. drum unit stuck… metal rod that goes through center of drum unit sliding freely from side to side… fix replace drum unit…
3. prints and copies riding too high on page… replaced drive unit…
4. noticed a buzzing noise… machine runs a bit and it goes away…
5. if I run one sided prints it works perfect… if I run blank prints it works perfect… if I do doublesided it jams… jam 4311
5a noticed fuser has burn spots…
replaced fuser… no change…
pulled out the motor assembly that sits beside the drive unit…
looked at the big gear that peeks out from under the main board… it is floating pretty freely…
I think it might be an issue… it rotates the rollers that pulls the feed roller for the duplex… but if it does… how do you explain feeding working for single sided or blank pages…
service manual says exit sensor… failing exit sensor…
has anyone faced this issue???Sad To Say I Don’t Have a Life

It’s fairly common for that gear to break. Replace it. There’s a bulletin on it, and It has been reinforced with shape change.

has anyone faced this issue???You may be looking at a solenoid issue in what they call the paper conveying assembly, what I call the exit assembly. It can be easily observed when doing duplex by shinning a flashlight at the exit rollers and watching them, if you observe any stuttering the solenoid is not fully engaging and pulling the paper back into the duplex path causing the jam code. You could just replace the solenoid, but we have found it easier and more economical to replace the entire assembly. The replacement requires the removal of the scanner assy. and the main board to get to two screws, and usually takes about an hour. It does not happen in simplex simply because the solenoid is not activated for simplex copies. Hope this narrows it down for you.

my manager took that call over… and replaced the solenoid in the conveying assembly…

Добрый день.
Kyocera Ecosys M2035dn не печатает двойную печать 
Неделю у мастера стоял и на больничный
а мне доделывать
Одностороннюю печатает отлично,а при двойной печать как на видео.
Пробег более 45к отпечатков на нем.
В дюплекс шестерни и «Г» образная переключалка целые.
Куда ещё можно глянуть?
ПС:Не пинайте и не ругайте
Тему создала после изучения материалов в свободном доступе похожих проблем.

Тут ломается же не сама Г-образная переключалка, а ось на которой она ходит. Она в порядке?
Если с дуплексом всё в порядке, то скорей всего сломана одна из шестерней привода печи —

У меня было пару раз, что из-за них, в прямом направлении печать худо-бедно идёт, а при двухсторонней останавливается..

Проверила солиноид плюс на красный минус на синий втянул,а вот чтоб вытянул проверить как?
