уже всю голову себе сломал, киосера fs-1118, перебрал драм, внутренний отчет идеально, копия гавно, снял сканер, почистил зеркала снимая, говна было вагон, собрал, включается, зажигает лампу, паркуется, выходит в готовность, задание на копирование, думает 5 сек., гасит лампу, ошибка 3200 
че за херня? зеркала поставить по другому просто не вариант, что мог сделать не так?

C3200 with New TASKalfa 181
Hi,
I have an error code C3200 with a new TASKalfa 181. I just take it out from box and connect. It’s the third machine I get this problem. The first one, I clean mirrors and exposure lamp, ivent it’s new, but nothing.
Thanks for help.PS: Copy is light, but printer status page is ok.

I have a hard time believing that you have three defective machines with exactly the same problem, new in the box.
Have you considered the AC power you are connecting them to? Dirty AC power can produce a wide range of unexpected errors. What does the power quality analyzer say?
How about environmental temperature? Is it cold? A cold Xenon exposure lamp will light dimly or slowly. And there may be condensation on the CCD, lens, or mirrors, where the lamp intensity is monitored. =^..^=
If you’d like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you’ve read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you’re going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you’re going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is no external problem because I change the machine and the last one working correctly in the same place. So when I pull out the Lens cover (metal), I don’t have the code again but copy is not good (that is normal).

This must be an environmental issue. Must be temperature or humidity related, like Blackcat says. 3 machines, new, all three C3200? Hard to believe.

You all right. There is a storage problem, humidity condensation on CCD and can not be clean. We have to change it, so we ordered a new one.

Оборудование оснащено функцией самодиагностики. При обнаружении проблемы, аппарат блокируется, на дисплее отображается код вида С#### с указанием характера проблемы. Также появляется сообщение необходимости обслуживания. После устранения проблемы, ошибку можно сбросить тумблером питания, выключив и включив аппарат.
При обнаружении неисправности дополнительного устройства (ошибки C8170, C8180, C8190, C8210)* производится частичная блокировка функциональности аппарата. После устранения неисправности ошибку можно сбросить в сервисном режиме U906.
Ошибки узла закрепления изображения (печные ошибки) C6###, после устранения неисправности и в целях безопасности, сбрасываются только в сервисном режиме U163.
