Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

Since one week, on 3 laserjet p2055d printers, i have the error : 49 Err 3D910C8 when we want to launch a print job. 3 printers at the same time. I think next to a windows 8.1 auto update.

There are no gosts jobs in the queue
I tried to restart the printers
I tried to uninstall (with uninstall L1, L2, L3 and L4 process), then reinstall the pilots
I tried to uninstall and let windows to reconize the printer
I tried to update the firmware

I always have the error on the printers.

When i plug one of these printers on a Computer with Windows 10 it works perfectly.

Anybody can help me ? Impossible to find sometings to help me on the Internet.

Thanks a lot for your answers, but i already tried these drivers. PS, PCL5 and PCL6 and this not correct the problem…

Any other ideas ?

You try with driver file older. Give me your email address, I will send driver file for you.

Note: I used Win 8.1 (x64) and HP Laserjet P2055d as you. I saw erro as you and install very good, but with driver file HP updated on Sep 2016, I not sure. Because I upgraded system to Win10 (x64). My printer saw erro as you («49 Err 3D90A4») some day ago.

Изменить размер шрифта ↓ Вернуть Изменить размер шрифта ↑ У меня была 49 err 3d910c8. Оказалось проблема в драйверах HP universal printing PCL в Win10 x32. Автономно принтер работал нормально, а при подключении и опознании системой вылезала ошибка 49 err 3d910c8.

Чтобы удалить драйвер без остатка, сначала удаляем принтер HP P2055 в «Устройствах и принтерах». Потом Нажимаем Win-R вводим printui /s /t2 и удаляем из системы под корень HP universal printing PCL.
Другая версия встала и все заработало.

Проблема

Сообщения об ошибках 49 могут отображаться, когда многофункциональный (МФУ) или однофункциональный принтер пытается выполнить действие, которое не поддерживается микропрограммой устройства.

49 ошибка, включите и выключите устройство

Причина

К числу возможных причин возникновения ошибок 49 относятся:

Печать или сканирование файлов, которые включают в себя неподдерживаемые команды принтера.
Уникальное сочетание среды и действий с устройством.

В обоих этих случаях принтер может вывести сообщение об ошибке 49, после того как микропрограмма принтера попытается инициировать выполнение неподдерживаемого ею действия. В такой ситуации единственным способом устранения ошибки будет выключение и повторное включение питания (микропрограмма устройств обеспечивает автоматическое выполнение этого действия).

Примечание.

Компания HP проводит всестороннее тестирование микропрограмм МФУ и принтеров перед их выпуском, чтобы максимально снизить вероятность возникновения ошибок 49. Компания HP стремится снизить частоту возникновения таких ошибок настолько, чтобы обычным конечным пользователям не приходилось часто с ними сталкиваться. Если в редких случаях ошибка 49 все-таки возникает, микропрограмма обеспечивает автоматическую перезагрузку, чтобы уменьшить последствия ее возникновения для пользователя.

Решение

Отключите беспроводную печать (если она поддерживается) с помощью панели управления принтера.
Выключите принтер и отсоедините сетевой кабель и/или кабели USB.
Если используется сетевой фильтр, удалите его. Подключите устройство непосредственно к настенной розетке электросети.
Включите принтер и проверьте, переходит ли он в состояние готовности?
2. Если ДА, распечатайте страницу со служебной информацией, например отчет о конфигурации, чтобы проверить функционирование принтера.
Проверьте версию микропрограммы и обновите ее, если доступна новая версия на веб-сайте HP.com.
Попытайтесь локализовать ошибку 49 и определить тип подключения (беспроводное подключение, USB, локальная сеть) или файл, с которым она связана:
1. Для проверки функционирования принтера начните работу с использованием только подключения USB и простого тестового файла на ПК.
2. Подключите принтер к сети и отправьте тот же файл.
3. Продолжайте поиск и устранение неполадок в соответствии с полученными результатами.

В тех случаях, когда вы считаете, что причиной возникновения ошибки 49 стал определенный файл, попробуйте выполнить следующие действия:

Используйте другой драйвер печати. Например, если используется универсальный драйвер печати (UPD), попробуйте распечатать тот же файл с использованием драйвера PCL 5 или PCL 6.
Измените формат файла при сохранении. Например, сохраните файл в формате PDF или другом формате перед выполнением печати.
Если ошибка возникает при сканировании, попробуйте использовать другое разрешение или сохраните файл в другом формате.

Recently I upgrade my workstation to Core i5 3rd generation, I installed windows 10 that was good actually great, but I turned back to my windows 8 because I was facing an error at my printer p2055 ( p2050, p2055 etc this a series ) error was when i tried to send any copy to print, my printer just gives me an error that 49 Err 3D910C8 Turn Off and Then On, and I needed my printer hardly.

I search internet and i found nothing, :/ some people told me to install any toolkit and somebody says its the problem of your computer registry bla bla bla, nothing worked at all.

Then one day i tried to search again after few days and i found a person with the same situation i faced too 🙂 , i got something that helps me very much. That person said that recently HP released update for P2050 series that affect P2055 too so kindly delete the present drivers and update to old one.

I tried the same thing and it works like a bomb. Reason for sharing this issue is to help you people may be somebody need his/her printer badly just like I was thank you.
