Нужна ваша помощь….
В мфу при печати стала вылетать ошибка «52 ошибка сканера Выкл и вкл устройство»
Выкл вкл — включается нормально, все прогоняет и ГОТОВ.
Но если отправить задание печати(или получить отчет с него), выдает опять эту ошибку.
Немного найдя в инете по данной ошибке в большинстве случаев пишут что проблема в «шторке лазера»(закрыта или загрязнена).
Так вот…где она находится?) Все просмотрел, но не могу нигде найти эту шторку у данной модели?
Или подскажите вы в чем может быть проблема?

Снял боковую крышку, отсоединил все шлейфы, прочистил….собрал….все работает!)

Our HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn has a developed a 52 Scanner Error. After all troubleshooting steps didn’t resolve it, I ordered a Laser Scanner Assembly (part RM1-6322) and it will be here Tuesday.
The department manager has grown impatient and is pressuring me to fix now. I can’t. SO he goes up to printer, take a picture of the model number, slams his door and starts to research a fix.
I’m thick skinned but sometimes in IT, you do get offended when someone doesn’t trust your abilities.
He thinks I can simply disable the fax or scanner and it will work. I actually turned those off in the GUI as troubleshooting and it didn’t help.
Perhaps this post was more of a vent than looking for help but if anyone has any interesting ideas on fixing 52 Scanner Error before part arrives, that would be so appreciated.

The laser scanner writes the image to the drum on the cartridge, so no amount of disabling anything will make it work. This failure is not uncommon on this and the print only version (P3015). You have a fairly time consuming chore ahead when you go to change that scanner as you will need to disassemble the top end of the printer to get to it. Hopefully you have a service manual on hand. Watch the FFC cables so you do not damage the ends of them.
I understand the frustration in dealing with a user who thinks some magic wand will fix the problem. You can always tell him that a 20 year HP veteran suggests a chill pill while the parts arrive, there is no short cut on this error.
Luckily, our office paper/supply company is an HP vendor and if we buy parts for HP printers, they install for free. 🙂 So, won’t have to do the work.
That manager has now asked me to rob someone else’s printer out of their office to take to them. My boss says no, so letting them both work that out.

I’d like you help me about this issue: I have a Laserjet Pro MFP M521dn that we use in the office which still display the following message: «52 Scanner Error Turn off then Turn On» . Every time we use this hardware we still have this message and nothing has done. How coudl you please assist me in that issue?

a 52 Scanner error indicates the laser/scanner which writes the image to the drum has malfunctioned. This is a hardware error and most times the actual laser/scanner assembly needs to be replaced. If under warranty contact hp for service.

If we do not use the scanner in this HP device and we get this 52 scanner error consistently — do we still need to replace this part?

Yes @Pen-Derm1750,
This error refers to the Laser unit, which is responsible for all printing procedures. It does not have to do with the scanner or ADF. So, yes, you will have to replace the Laser unit to fix it.

I found the part using the number you gave me, but when I check to see which printers this part is for my printer isn’t listed.
Will this be a problem?

Глянь шлейфы на момент излома, особенно в тех местах которые втыкаються в разьем, дорожка бывает что отслаиваеться. Посмотрел шлейфы, вроде все на месте. Такой вопрос, я снял с этого принтера верхний блок, тот что с дисплеем и сканером, снял все панели, если я его включаю в таком виде, он должен подавать какие-то признаки жизни, шестеренки вращаться там, мотор лазера/сканера работать, у меня на плате слева лампочки зеленые попеременно загораются только. Добавлено через 51 минуту

На крышке есть клювик, я думал, что при закрытии крышки он и открывает шторку, но он не достает до нее, или я что-то упустил, или так и должно быть? Подскажите, пожалуйста, в каком положении шторки должен работать принтер, и как она открывается тогда, может пружинка там стоять должна еще или что?

Ошибка 52 на печатающих устройствах HP обозначает неисправность в блоке лазера. В МФУ HP M132a зачастую она возникает по причине сломанного или соскочившего с посадочного места флажка блока лазера. Флажок отвечает за закрытие и открытие защитной шторки.
Решением данной проблемы будет:
- Частичный разбор HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M132a;
- Восстановление флажка блока лазера;
- Профилактика блока лазера.
Ошибка 52 – решение
Принесли мне как-то на ремонт HP M132a. При включении МФУ вышло в готовность, но при отправке на печать документа на дисплее высветилось: «Er 52». Код Error 52 (ошибка 52) на аппаратах HP расшифровывается как поломка блока лазера. Чтобы добраться до виновника проблемы нужно частично разобрать аппарат.
Разборка HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M132a
Ремонт блока лазера и устранение ошибки 52
В данном случае причина вызвавшая ошибку — это слетевший флажок защитной шторки блока лазера. Также, сам блок в продуктах жизнедеятельности тараканов и пыли. Оставлять всё как есть, не разобрав блок лазера — идея безумная. Нужно обязательно разобрать блок, почистить корпус изнутри, протереть все линзы и зеркальные поверхности. Итак, продолжим ремонт по устранению «Error 52».
Очищать внутренности блока лазера можно при помощи воздуха (компрессором) или кисточкой слегка смоченной в спиртосодержащей жидкости. Линзы и зеркальную призму очищаем ватной палочкой, сначала смоченной в спирте, затем сухой. После чистки закрываем верхнюю крышку блока.
Теперь, после проделанной работы, ошибка 52 не будет появляться на дисплее и МФУ HP Laser Jet Pro M132a не заблокируется при отправке на печать документа. Собираем печатающее устройство в обратной последовательности, не забыв правильно поставить флажок защитной шторки блока лазера.

Походу проблема в полигон-моторе, либо питании на него, либо в шлейфе.
В лазер-сканнерах из принтеров, луч находится в невидимой части спектра.
