Скачайте другой репак, а вообще нужный c++ поставляется вместе с игрой, либо в установочнике, либо в папке игры должен быть.
Ps. этот файл должен быть не только в папке игры, а ещё и в системе.

Да и из папки и при установке все одно и то же.

Ну тогда либо репак глюченый, либо Винда глюченая и не пускает вас в игру.

Помогла установка Visual C++ для Visual Studio 2012 спасибо за совет. Самое интересное что в игре более поздние библиотеки этой программы.

На будущее вот такая библиотека С++(версии) должна быть установлена, что бы в дальнейшем не было никаких проблем с играми.

I’ve been searching and searching, and all I find is old topics that say to do things that do not work (already done them and still getting the same errors.) It says I am missing steam_api.dll, binkw32.dll, and libvorbisfile.dll in that order. Those three files are in the main Fallout New Vegas folder (installed to default location C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonFallout New Vegas). I am using NVSE, the 4GB Fallout New Vegas file, and have everything as up to date as it can get, including Fallout New Vegas. The game played fine for quite a while, but in the last two weeks it started throwing those errors at me. The only change made around that time was upgrading to Windows 10 a month prior. Still played fine even after that. Directx says its up to date, so I don’t think its that either. I have set nvse.exe, FalloutNV.exe, and fnv4gb.exe to run as admin, and to windows 7 compatibility. Any other suggestions?

Have you set up a folder in your Data folder for NVSE? Have you done an .ini file for NVSE? That can be a small part of the problem. However, there is another problem here. It’s a real mess of a problem, and it’s not steam’s fault, or your own. It’s Microsoft’s problem. You need to run your game, especially if it’s in Program Files, or Program Files (x86), hierarchy, as administrator. The simplest, most expedient, is to go there, open the folder, right click on an empty space, and clear Read Only. Then right-click each .exe, go to properties, then Security. Change your settings there. And you should be good to go.
However, I do suggest you do something before moving your games around. That is this, don’t install another game to the default location that Steam wants you to put it in. Instead, through Steam, you want to make a folder to install all your games to, that is outside of the Program Files area. You will still have to change up a couple things, but it’s better to do that, than to have to go through hoops because Microcrap wants to micromanage your life.

3. Install the New Vegas Anti Crash (NVAC) mod
Download the mod and extract the contents
- Open the download webpage for the New Vegas Anti Crash mod.
- Register and log in on the NexusMods website.
- Click the Manual Download button for NVAC.
- Then select download the NVAC.ZIP file.
- Open the folder you downloaded the NVAC.ZIP to in File Explorer.
- Double-click the NVAC.ZIP to open it.
- Click the Extract all option on the Compressed Folder Tools tab.
- Click Browse to choose a folder path to extract the ZIP to.
- Select the Show extracted files when complete checkbox.
- Press the Extract button.
Move the content to the right folder
- Open the NVSE subfolder.
- Next, select all the content within the nvse_5_1_beta4 folder by pressing the Ctrl + A hotkey.
- Press the Ctrl + C hotkey to copy the files.
- Open your Fallout New Vegas folder at:

Ошибка при запуске Launch NVSE

Всем доброго времени.
Сегодня установил модификацию Fallout A Soul of Fallen Worlds с данного сайта. Выполнял всё по инструкции как описано при установке.
После запуска FOMM на рабочем столе, открывается меня с модами. После запуска Launch NVSE выдаёт ошибку: Launching E:GameFallout New VegasFalloutNV.exe failed (740)
Если у кого была данная проблема, прошу отпишите о её решении.

Не могу сказать что это решение проблемы, но: попробуй скачать с сайта пропатченный вариант FalloutNV.exe — мне помогло с различными ошибками, к примеру с ГЭККом и с валидацией текстур (как это может быть связано?- не знаю, но помогло же)))
Вот, попробуй, хуже уже точно не будет)

Заменил EXE файл, теперь всё нормально запускается. Единственное, не все моды погружаются. Я хз почему так. Да и ещё при старте в New Vegas, когда выходишь из дома Дока Мичела, DLC так же не появляются в квестах. Хотя в оригинальной игре они сразу были. Может я что-то не знаю, и в этом моде они открываются в процессе прохождения?

Ты запускаешь через FalloutNV.exe? — если да, то моды и не прогружаются, потому что скорее всего требуют NVSE.
Ищи EXE c именем NVSE — запусти через него.
По поводу ДЛС не могу сказать, не уверен.

А какой НВСЕ стоит, новый, который xNVSE (6.0.6) или версии 5.14?
Дело в том, что новый НВСЕ проблемный, его не все моды воспринимают, выдают ошибки. На своем примере могу сказать что Solid project с ошибками работает.

Слушай, а ты просто скачал сборку и установил ее? Если ты особо больше не запаривался, может тебе будет проще переустановить ее?

Короче не стал заморачиваться на счёт модулей. Не идут, да и фиг с ними. Главное, что игра работает стабильно. Тему можно закрывать)))

Используй Wrye Bash вместо FOMM для работы с модами и запускай exe-шник NVSE_loader, а не через саму программу. Ошибку выдавать перестанет и моды все будут работать.

Oh, it installed with an .exe all right. You just installed NVSE in the wrong directory.
It goes in Fallout New Vegas, NOT in Fallout New Vegas/Data.

Script extenders may or may not work if on STEAM (not sure) however every primary file as user said must be in same folder as Falloutnv.exe, and falloutnvlaucher.exe

Суть в том, что в оригинальном FNV при любых превышениях порога выделения памяти игра вылетает. Замена EXE предлагаемым изменит это, игра будет реагировать на повышенные нагрузки на локациях так же, как было в F3 — снижать производительность, а не вылетать.
