Код ошибки 228 — Ошибка отправки очереди команд. Недопустимые данные внутри команды
Ошибка которая характерна для схрона, возникает в основном с предметами, которые могут лежать в ящиках, разгрузках, сумках и т.д. Например при перетаскивании предметов из одного места в другое, также может быть при сборках оружия.
После всплывающего сообщения об ошибке 228 все предметы, которые вызвали эту проблему возвращаются на прежние места.

Ошибка убежища, модуля «Ящик диких» ошибка 228
При выходе из убежища, перед тем как сохранить изменения, игра выполняет различные проверки. Одна из них, на наличие предметов в контейнерах использующихся для крафта.
«Кейс для хлама», который выбирает игра для постройки убежища — не пустой. Поэтому происходит ошибка 228.
- Поместите все «Кейсы для хлама» в начало схрона (для удобства; необязательно)
- Перейдите в убежище, и начните постройку модуля «Ящик диких»
- Не выходя из убежища, кликните вкладку «Персонаж»
- Обратите внимание, какой кейс из имеющихся исчез
- Покиньте убежище, будет ошибка
- Опустошите тот кейс, который исчез
- Перезайдите в игру (т.к. модуль «Ящик диких» забаговался) и попробуйте построить снова

This is a workaround, not a fix for move errors. So the last few days I’ve been discouraged because I had some nice loot on scav runs, but when I would transfer the loot to my stash, I would get a move error and lose all of my scav loot. Then last night I was ready to just give up on scav runs and put my 4 mil to use leveling up and learning to get better at this game. I had a pretty nice run on woods and came out with an Adar with hammer optic and a suppressor attached, I went to sell the items and upon going to claim my 187K rubles from the sale, I got a move error and the money disappeared. Then today it also happened with my insurance returns. Through research I learned that any item transfers from the messages screen will come back and let you try again upon a re-log. So through messing with those transfers today, here is what I learned.
Right before all of these issues started, I went to buy 5 AI-2 med-kits, I accidentally fat fingered and bought 50. I noticed that all of those cheeses filled up the top of my stash like they should with the exception of the fact that the far right column didn’t fill up with them, they stayed empty, as pictured in the second photo here:
So what I learned by messing with my insurance transfers and money transfers that were failing today with the move error is this: The game is bugged to think that there are items already in the 5 cells starting from the top on the far right column. Or at least something like that, either way, I only receive move errors if I move items to at least one of these cells.
I have no idea why this is, but because of where my cheeses were located in my stash, every time I ctrl clicked an item from my scav or the messages transfers, it ended up in one of those cells and it then reversed the move and gave me the error. I have tested moving items in every other cell with no errors, it is only these 5 cells. I was about to give up on the game for awhile because every time I had a good run it seemed this would happen and I couldn’t keep scav loot or sell items. Anyways, I hope this helps someone else out there. I’ll see you all in Tarkov, keep your head on a swivel.

You might have just removed tens of hours of work for BSG, and I will thank you for that with one precious upvote

the problem is that there is not one way to cause the error.
I once reported one where you would drink/consume anything in the stash/character (not in raid) and it would cause the error. I think it got fixed? But goes to show that theres lots of ways to cause item moving errors 😉

I have the same issue, I tried to do what you suggested, but as my items are vertical and inside a weaponcase it seems to not work. Have tried to move the right, left, top, bottom item and do what you did.
Heres a screenshot of my 3 weaponcases.

Maybe remove all other items from the case, then put an item to the locked slots? I tried around a lot before I found that fix. It was a lot of trial and error for me.

Like he sorta mentioned in the middle of the video, the error is probably caused by (and only relevant to) an item which is already «infected» or flagged incorrectly, or whatever the ACTUAL bug is. So it’s probably not 100% reproducible, other than its almost certainly going to be related to a foldable item (stocks only?).
Probably if someone was really patient they could whittle it down a little further by trying to find or create an item with the bug?

It is 100% reproducable with the infected items. I am not sure what causes the ‘infection’ of that items in the first place tho.

I have the same problem, but my «infected» guns all in my stash all the way to the right side and I have nothing to move to make them reappear. Basically I’ve had these defected slots for the last 3 weeks… No answer from the support even tho I reported the bug three times…

If you unload a clip from a weapon, and place something in the spot where its being unloaded into, it’ll lock your weapon into a forever unloaded state. You can’t switch, can’t drop it, can’t do anything.
