CE6000-120

начала выскакивать ошибка во время резки «E01009 кабель,запрещённый код и код ошибки,постоянно разный» в чём может быть проблема?и может ли отсутсвтие заземления от статики вызывать такую ошибку?

Автор, тоже самое. Плоттеру 2 года. 
Пыталась новые кабели найти — их нигде нет.

Проблема в материнской плате, была такая же ошибка, и выскакивали другие ошибки. Поменяли материнскую плату — помогло.

Тема: Ошибка Graphtec CE-6000-120  (Прочитано 4709 раз)

Добрый день. Graphtec CE-6000-120.Помогите с проблемой выскакивает ошибка E01009 Кабель Запрещенный код 0C0C69D6H. Прошивку обновили до самой новой, сброс к заводским настройкам делали, кабеля меняли  USB, питание. Выскакивает ошибка даже если плоттер просто стоит включенным.

Здравствуйте. Где приобретали плоттер, на гарантии он или нет? А после чего именно это началось? Началось ДО обновления прошивки или после?

Гарантия кончилась. Насчет где купили нужно уточнить. Началось до обновления прошивки. Еще был один инцидент пользователи сломали нож, неправильно выставили вылет и давление.

1 Поднимите пожалуйста документы и выясните у какого диллера приобретался аппарат. 2 Если нож сломался от удара или задира то могло что-то повредиться в самом аппарате от излишней нагрузки. Начните с простого:Отсоедините USB кабель от компьютера на выключенном плотере, включите его, посмотрите будет ли появляться ошибка. Если пропадет то это связано с ошибкой драйверов и коннекта, если будет повторяться то скорее всего поврежден сам аппарат, отправляйте его на диагностику. 8)

Проверьте заземление и USB кабель:
1) Вы используете родной USB кабель?
2) От одной — ли розетки подключены компьютер и плоттер или от разных?
3) Есть-ли в розетке заземление(боковые штыри)? Все компьютерные кабеля должны быть трехпроводными(фаза, ноль, земля). Так-же проверьте все удлинители от компа и от плоттера
4) Вспомните, не торкает-ли током, при касании к металлическим деталям корпуса системного блока или  плоттера?
5) Возьмите вольтметр переменного тока, проверьте, нет-ли на корпусе плоттера и системного блока напряжения, относительно земли или относительно подвешенной массы.
6) Отключите USB, возьмите омметр, измерьте сопротивление между корпусом плоттера и системным блоком (есть-ли общая земля через кабели питания).

Выполните всё тщательно, по пунктам. Если не обнаружите проблем, значит причина отказа- внутренняя проблема плоттера.

Аппарат приобретался у «Форт Диалог-Исеть» 26.08.2016, все сделали по пунктам, результат тот же. Плоттер показывает ошибку просто во включенном состоянии, без компьютера.

Вопрос такой не скромный тогда:Почему Вы обращаетесь за тех поддержкой к нам, а не к своему поставщику оборудования?) 2 Аппарат даже несмотря на ошибку режет или только ее показывает и отказывается исполнять функции? Мы рекомендуем вам отправить его на диагностику в СЦ, т.к. без специального оборудования и блочной замены оригинальных компонентов зачастую не получается выявить проблему.
