Если ток при отсоединенном двигателе на 0 Гц и на 40-50 Гц равен 0, то проблема вероятно не в ПЧ.
Рекомендую провести эксперимент и подключить ПЧ на сутки-двое к другому двигателю и с другим кабелем заведомо исправным. На заводе как правило с этим проблем быть не должно. Тогда всё сразу станет понятно.
Так же пусть коллеги обязательно проверят шлейфы платы управления и силовой платы, а также датчиков тока (для этого необходимо частично разобрать ПЧ).
Выполните обязательно инициализацию (аппаратный сброс) для обнуления погрешности датчиков. Предварительно скопируйте параметры в панель управления, затем при подаче питания одновременно зажмите три кнопки STATUS MAIN MENU OK. После чего сбросьте ошибку А80 и загрузите обратно параметры.
Если же Вы уверены, что дело в ПЧ, то рекомендую закупить к нему ЗИП в виде платы управления, силовой платы, шлейфа связи ПУ с силовой платой, датчиков тока. Далее проводить ремонт последовательно от простого заменить ПУ,шлейф,силовую плату, датчики тока. ЗИП к ПЧ еще никому не вредил, а у каждого элемента в отдельности срок поставки 4-6 недель, ремонт может растянуться на год.

Коды ошибок частотного преобразователя danfoss

Такая промышленная электроника как частотные преобразователи работают на каждом современном производстве, управляя от систем вентиляции и теплоснабжения до автоматизированного производственного оборудования. Преобразователи частоты — это сложный электронный прибор, который, как и вся электроника может сбоить. В процессе работы частотник может говоря простым языком дать сбой, как понять в чем причина вынужденной остановки понять достаточно трудно. Для простоты общения, преобразователи частоты на информационной панели показывают коды ошибок, расшифровав которые можно понять суть проблемы.
Возьмем к примеру частотный преобразователь Danfos, как один из самых распространённых на Российском рынке частотников, и на его примере рассмотрим данную проблему.
Коды ошибок частотного преобразователя Danfoss с расшифровкой приведены в таблице ниже.

- Ошибка 2 (error 2, ERR2, AL2, W2) — низкий уровень сигнала внешнего источника задания частоты.
- Ошибка 4 (error 4, ERR4, AL4, W4) – низкий уровень напряжения одной или нескольких линий на входе преобразователя.
- Ошибка 5 (error 5, ERR5, AL5, W5) – уровень напряжения цепи постоянного тока выпрямителя выше установки.
- Ошибка 6 (error 6, ERR6, AL6, W6) — уровень напряжения цепи постоянного тока выпрямителя ниже установки.
- Ошибка 7 (error 7, ERR7, AL7, W7) – высокий уровень напряжения цепи постоянного тока выпрямителя.

Ошибки частотника Данфос могут быть не только в цифровом формате, в виде кода, но и в текстовом. Рассмотрим ошибки частотного преобразователя danfoss VLT Micro Drive FC 51. Информационные сообщения об ошибке частотника кардинально отличаются от кодов ошибок частотника Danfoss VLT 2800.

- Ошибка «нулевого» аналогового сигнала. – Сигнал на клемме 53 или 60 ниже 50 % от значения, установленного в пар. 6-10, 6-12 и 6-22.
- Потеря фазы питания* – Потеря фазы на стороне питания или слишком большая асимметрия напряжения питания. Проверьте напряжение питания.
- Повышенное напряжение пост. тока смотри* – Напряжение промежуточной цепи превышает предельно допустимое значение.
- Пониженное напряжение постоянного тока* – Напряжение промежуточной цепи падает ниже порога предупреждения о низком напряжении.
- Перегрузка инвертора. – Слишком длительная нагрузка, превышающая полную (100 %).
- ЭТР: перегрев двигателя. – Перегрев двигателя из-за нагрузки, превышающей полную (100 %) нагрузку, в течение слишком длительного времени.
- Перегрев термистора двигателя. – Обрыв в термисторе или в цепи его подключения.
- Предел момента. – Превышен предельный крутящий момент, установленный в пар. 4-16 или 4-17.
- Превышение тока. – Превышен предел пикового тока инвертора.
- Пробой на землю. – Замыкание выходных фаз на землю.
- Короткое замыкание. – Короткое замыкание в двигателе или на его клеммах.
- Тайм-аут командного слова. – Нет связи с преобразователем частоты.
- Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора. – Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается.
- Короткое замыкание тормозного прерывателя. – Короткое замыкание тормозного транзистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается.
- Проверка тормоза. – Тормозной резистор не подключен / не работает.
- Перегрев силовой платы. – Радиатором достигнута температура отключения.
- Обрыв фазы U двигателя. – Отсутствует фаза U двигателя. Проверьте фазу.
- Обрыв фазы V двигателя. – Отсутствует фаза V двигателя. Проверьте фазу.
- Обрыв фазы W двигателя. – Отсутствует фаза W двигателя. Проверьте фазу.
- Внутренний отказ. — Обратитесь к поставщику оборудования Danfoss.
- Сбой управляющего напряжения. – Возможно, перегружен источник питания 24 В=.
- ААД: проверить Unom и Inom. – Неправильно установлены значения напряжения, тока и мощности двигателя.
- ААД: мал Inom. – Слишком мал ток двигателя. Проверьте настройки.
- Предел по току. – Перегрузка привода VLT.
- Мала эффективность механического тормоза. – Фактический ток двигателя не превышает значения тока «отпускания тормоза» в течение промежутка времени «задержки пуска».
- Привод приведен к значениям по умолчанию. – Все значения параметров установлены в соответствии с настройками по умолчанию.
* Эти отказы могут вызываться искажениями сетевого питания. Установка сетевого фильтра Danfoss.

В процессе эксплуатации частотных преобразователей Danfoss на экране панели оператора LCP возникают коды ошибок, сигнализирующие как о предупреждениях, так и аварийных ситуациях. В данной статье мы рассмотрим основные источники их возникновения, а так же способы их устранения.
Аварийные сообщения могут быть двух видов:
- сообщения которые можно сбросить программно (сигнализацией программного аварийного сообщения является мигающий красный светодиод)
- аварийные сообщения с блокировкой, сбросить их можно только перезапуском питания (мигает желтый и красный светодиод одновременно).
Сброс аварийного сигнала можно выполнить следующими способами:
• Кнопкой [Reset] на панели LCP (Сброс)
• Через цифровой вход с помощью функции «Сброс»
• По последовательной связи/дополнительной периферийной шине
Классификация аварийных сообщений с блокировкой
04 — Пропадание фазы питания сети
13 — превышение тока
15 — Несовместимое железо в приводе
16 — Короткое замыкание
29 — Перегрев
38 — Внутренняя ошибка
При помощи журнала аварийных сообщений, параметр 15-3, можно просмотреть последних 10 аварий. Для быстрого просмотра на панели оператора LCP необходимо нажать кнопку «Alarm Log». Пользователю будет доступна информация такая как: время возникновения, уставка, частота, ток, выходное напряжение, напряжение на шине DC

Alarm 14 — Превышение тока утечки на землю
Методы распознания данной аварии:
— токовые датчики (3)
— три значения тока суммируются друг с другом с учетом фазности
— допускается небольшое отклонение из-за смещения нуля у токовых датчиков
— данная авария определяется, когда сумма токов больше X% от Iном (в зависимости от мощности Х = 25…35%)

Причины возникновения перегрева:
- Неисправность вентилятора
- Отверстия входа кабелей не заделаны, отсутствие нижней крышки
- Ошибка в расчете теплоотвода в шкафу
- Засорен радиатор привода
- Датчик температуры неисправен
- В цепи датчика плохой контакт
Так же могут быть другие причины аварийного сообщения 29 (сопровождающиеся значениями температуры 130 и выше)
— Тест внутреннего источника питания показал превышение лимитов по напряжению
— Не установлена перемычка FK102 на силовой плате или плохой контакт
Для наглядности оставшиеся аварии приведем в общую таблицу:

Преобразователь частоты контролирует состояние питающего напряжения, входных сигналов, характеристики двигателя, а также другие рабочие параметры системы. Частотник выдает ошибку, предупреждение или аварийный сигнал, но это не обязательно означает, что проблема связана с самим преобразователем частоты. Во многих случаях они могут оповещать о сбое, связанном с выходным напряжением, нагрузкой или температурой двигателя, внешним сигналам, или с другими параметрами, контролируемыми внутренней логикой преобразователя. При появлении аварийного или предупреждающего сообщения, проверьте внешние параметры, на которые указывает данное сообщение.
Типы сообщений
Бывает три типа сообщений, которые отображаются на панели индикации:
Предупреждения. Код сопровождается буквой W (warning). Выводятся в том случае, если контролируемый параметр приближается к аварийному пределу. Если ненормальное состояние будет сохраняться продолжительное время, то преобразователь перейдет в состояние аварии. Предупреждение сбрасывается автоматически, если причина устранена.
Аварийный сигнал. Код сопровождается буквами AL (alarm). В случае появления аварийного сигнала преобразователь частоты отключается для недопущения повреждения самого преобразователя или внешнего оборудования. Двигатель останавливается выбегом или другим выбранным способом. После того как причина аварии устранена, необходимо произвести сброс аварии для возможности повторного запуска.
Некоторые аварии приводят к блокировке преобразователя частоты. Для сброса таких аварий необходимо выключить входное питание, устранить причину неисправности, затем снова подать питание. Затем можно произвести сброс обычным образом. В списке ниже такие аварии обозначены как «аварии с блокировкой».
Ошибки. Код сопровождается буквой E (error). К таким состояниям относятся другие неисправности, которые не позволяют преобразователь частоты нормально работать.
Индикация
На панели присутствуют 3 индикатора, с помощью которых можно определить состояние преобразователя частоты:
On (зеленый светодиод). Питание преобразователя частоты включено.
Warn. (желтый светодиод). Обозначает предупреждение.
Alarm (красный светодиод мигающий). Обозначает аварийный сигнал.

AL2, W2 – Обрыв аналогового сигнала или низкий уровень сигнала. Проверьте сигнал на клемме 53 или 60. Уровень сигнала должен быть не ниже 50 % от значения, установленного в параметрах 6-10, 6-12 и 6-22.
AL4, W4 (*) – Пропадание фазы питания. Потеря фазы на стороне питания или слишком большая асимметрия напряжения питания. Проверьте напряжение питания. Авария с блокировкой.
AL7, W7 (*) – Перенапряжение в звене постоянного тока. Напряжение промежуточной цепи превышает предельно допустимое значение.
AL8, W8 (*) – Провал напряжения в звене постоянного тока. Напряжение промежуточной цепи падает ниже порога предупреждения о низком напряжении.
AL9, W9 – Перегрузка инвертора. Нагрузка превышает 100 % в течение длительного времени.
AL10, W10 – ЭТР (электронное тепловое реле). Перегрев двигателя, который определяется расчетным путем. Возможная причина — превышение нагрузки более 100 % нагрузку. Возможно, некорректная настройка, проверьте параметр 1-90.
AL11, W11 – Перегрев двигателя по датчику температуры. Возможные причины — перегрев двигателя, неисправность термистора или обрыв в цепи его подключения.
AL12 – Ограничение момента. Момент двигателя превысил уставку предельного крутящего момента. Проверьте параметры 4-16 и 4-17
AL13, W13 – Превышение тока. Превышен предел пикового тока инвертора. Авария с блокировкой.
AL14 – Пробой на землю. Замыкание выходных фаз на землю. Авария с блокировкой.
AL16 – Короткое замыкание. Короткое замыкание в двигателе или на его клеммах. Авария с блокировкой.
AL17, W17 – Тайм-аут командного слова. Нет связи с преобразователем частоты.
AL25 – Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора. Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается. Авария с блокировкой.
AL27 – Короткое замыкание тормозного прерывателя (транзистора). Короткое замыкание тормозного транзистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается. Авария с блокировкой.
AL28 – Проверка тормоза. Тормозной резистор не подключен или не работает
AL29, W29 – Перегрев силовой платы. Радиатором достигнута температура отключения. Авария с блокировкой.
AL30 – Обрыв фазы U двигателя. Отсутствует подключение, плохой контакт или обрыв фазы U двигателя. Проверьте подключение выходных клемм, кабель и обмотку двигателя. Авария с блокировкой.
AL31 – Обрыв фазы V двигателя. Отсутствует подключение, плохой контакт или обрыв фазы V двигателя. Проверьте подключение выходных клемм, кабель и обмотку двигателя. Авария с блокировкой.
AL32 – Обрыв фазы W двигателя. Отсутствует подключение, плохой контакт или обрыв фазы W двигателя. Проверьте подключение выходных клемм, кабель и обмотку двигателя. Авария с блокировкой.
AL38 – Внутренняя авария. Обратитесь в наш сервисный центр или к поставщику преобразователей частоты фирмы Danfoss. Авария с блокировкой.
AL47, W47 – Сбой управляющего напряжения. Возможно, перегружен источник питания 24 В=. Авария с блокировкой.
AL51 – ААД: проверить Unom и Inom. Неправильно установлены значения напряжения, тока и мощности двигателя.
AL52 – ААД: мал Inom. Слишком мал ток двигателя. Проверьте настройки.
W59 – Предел по току. Перегрузка привода VLT
AL63 – Мала эффективность механического тормоза. Фактический ток двигателя не превышает значения тока “отпускания тормоза” в течение промежутка времени “задержки пуска”.
AL80 – Привод приведен к значениям по умолчанию. Все значения параметров установлены в соответствии с настройками по умолчанию.
E84 – Утрачено соединение между приводом и LCP
E86 – Копирование не выполнено
E87 – Данные LCP недопустимые
E88 – Данные LCP несовместимы
E89 – Параметр только для считывания
E90 – Нет доступа к базе данных параметров
E91 – В данном режиме значение параметра недействительно
E92 – Значение параметра превышает минимальный или максимальный пределы
* отказы AL4, AL7, AL8 могут вызываться искажениями сетевого питания. Установка сетевого фильтра поможет устранить эту проблему.
Сброс ошибки частотника.
Аварию можно сбросить одним из перечисленных способов:
Нажатие кнопки [Off/Reset]. В нормальном рабочем режиме кнопка используется для останова двигателя. В аварийном режиме произойдет сброс аварии. Если причины аварии устранены, то преобразователь перейдет в режим готовности к запуску.
Команда сброса с помощью цифрового (дискретного) входа. По умолчанию у преобразователя частоты на функцию сброса назначена клемм 27. С помощью параметров на функцию сброса можно назначить любой из входов.
Команда сброса для интерфейса последовательной связи. Эта функция возможна при использовании интерфейса для управления преобразователем частоты.
Автосброс. Эту функцию можно настроить с помощью параметров преобразователя частоты.
Если сброс описанными способами не произошел, то скорее всего причина аварии не устранена, или преобразователь частоты находится в состоянии аварии с блокировкой. Для сброса такой аварии необходимо выключить питание, дождаться отключения, затем устранить причину аварии и повторно включить преобразователь частоты. Не превышайте количество включений питания в час, которое описано в документации. Это может привести к выходу преобразователя частоты из строя.

- Перегрузка инвертора. – Слишком длительная нагрузка, превышающая полную (100 %).
- ЭТР: перегрев двигателя. – Перегрев двигателя из-за нагрузки, превышающей полную (100 %) нагрузку, в течение слишком длительного времени.
- Перегрев термистора двигателя. – Обрыв в термисторе или в цепи его подключения.
- Предел момента. – Превышен предельный крутящий момент, установленный в пар. 4-16 или 4-17.
- Превышение тока. – Превышен предел пикового тока инвертора.
- Пробой на землю. – Замыкание выходных фаз на землю.
- Короткое замыкание. – Короткое замыкание в двигателе или на его клеммах.
- Тайм-аут командного слова. – Нет связи с преобразователем частоты.
- Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора. – Короткое замыкание тормозного резистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается.
- Короткое замыкание тормозного прерывателя. – Короткое замыкание тормозного транзистора, в связи с чем функция торможения отключается.
- Проверка тормоза. – Тормозной резистор не подключен / не работает.
- Перегрев силовой платы. – Радиатором достигнута температура отключения.
- Обрыв фазы U двигателя. – Отсутствует фаза U двигателя. Проверьте фазу.
- Обрыв фазы V двигателя. – Отсутствует фаза V двигателя. Проверьте фазу.

- ААД: проверить Unom и Inom. – Неправильно установлены значения напряжения, тока и мощности двигателя.

- Предел по току. – Перегрузка привода VLT.
