  • Causes: Improper installation EEPROM.
    Device damage of EEPROM.
  • Remedy: Improper installation EEPROM. Check the installation of the EEPROM and remedy if necessary.

  • Remedy: Defective bottom plate elevation mechanism in the cassette. Check to see if the bottom plate can move smoothly and repair it if any problem is found.
    Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, replace the cable. Lift motor 1 and feed PWB 2 (YC3) Feed PWB 2 (YC1) and engine PWB (YC4)

  • Description: Print engine ROM checksum error
  • Causes: Defective engine PWB.
  • Remedy: Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace engine PWB.
  • Code: F051
  • Description: Scanner engine ROM checksum error
  • Causes: Defective ISC PWB.
  • Remedy: Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace ISC PWB.
  • Code: F278
  • Description: Power supply in drive system error
  • Causes: Main power switch was turned off without using the power key, or a power failure has occurred.
  • Remedy: Turn on power. (To switch off power, first press the power key until the main power indicator goes off, then turn the main power switch off.)

Общие рекомендации: при устранении неисправностей следует обращать внимание на совпаде­ние оптических датчиков дверей, контакт и целостность предохранителей блока питания, контакты в разъемах, состояние конденсато­ров монитора. Следует также обращать внимание на сообщения на экране, на время и последовательность их появления.

Неисправность Способы устранений
Аппарат не запускается или са­мопроизвольно перезагру­жается. Слышны щелчки. Плохой контакт выключателя замка игровой платы (на черном экране белая сетка).
Недостаточное напряжение +5V. Устраняется поднятием на­пряжения до значения -+5.3V в блоке питания регулировкой потенциометра. Если используется не родной БП, рекомендуется использовать только качественные мощностью не менее 400 Вт.Плохой контакт в разъемах основной или кросс-платы. Неисправность плат.
Аппарат блокируется, на экра­не надпись MAIN DOOR OPENАвтомат в рабочем состоянии, но не активируется купюро-приемник Соскочил разъем датчика открытия двери. Дополнительно сле­дует пропаять плату этого датчика

Возможные сообщения об ошибках

Сообщения об ошибках разделяются на 5 групп по приоритету:

Приоритет 0: Ошибка, устраняемая самим автоматом
Приоритет 1: Выключите и включите автомат.
Приоритет 2: Поверните ключ оператора. Если ошибки этого приоритета появились при запуске машины, то после их очистки машина будет автоматически перезапущена. Если это произошло во время игры ,то прерванная игра будет продолжаться.
Приоритет 3: Поверните ключ оператора и откройте главную дверь.
Приоритет 4: Произведите очистку оперативной памяти.
СОБЫТИЕ: События можно просмотреть в меню «Events».

Решение проблемы

Устранение данной ошибки в соответствии с таблицей кодов ошибок, описано далее.

Внимание: при отсутствии любого из аппаратных компонентов (купюроприемника, стэкера, хоппера или монетоприемника) на экране появляется сообщение об ошибке. Выход из этой ошибки приводит к перезагрузке игрового автомата и повторному появлению сообщения об ошибке после перезагрузки (зависит от версии программы и недостающих компонентов).

Решение: Выключите игровой автомат и установите недостающий аппаратный компонент. Либо отключите его из меню. После перезагрузки игрового автомата сообщение об ошибке будет удалено поворотом ключа оператора.

4 2- Sensor 1 error at reel X 2 Проверьте, состояние колеса, а затем  посмотрите не загрязнен ли сенсор на РСВ «Reel lightbarrier» (P366/2). Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезла, неисправное колесо нужно заменить.
4 3 — Sensor 2 error at reel X 2 Проверьте, не положение колеса, а затем посмотрите не загрязнен ли сенсор на РСВ «Reel lightbarrier» (P366/2) (подробнее — в разделе  Профилактика). Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезла, неисправное колесо нужно заменить.
4 4- Sensor 1 not found at reel X 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Батарея RAM должна быть заменена как можно быстрее. Если машина отключится — вы можете потерять данные.
4 6 — Reel manually moved 2 Откройте главную дверь и поверните ключ оператора. Проверьте сенсоры на неисправность или загрязнение. Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезла, неисправное колесо нужно заменить.
4 8 — Wrong return position at reel 2 Откройте главную дверь и поверните ключ оператора. Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезла — соответствующий модуль колеса и (или) коммуникационный контроллер и (или) плата CPU должны быть заменены.
4 9 — Reel software changed 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора
4 10- Reel software wrong 2 Откройте главную дверь и поверните ключ оператора. Обнулите RAM. Если ошибка не исчезает, необходимо перезаписать программное обеспечение колеса. Программное обеспечение колеса размещается на интерфейсе колеса.
4 11 — Reel interface changed 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора
4 12 — Reel interface ROM error 2 Откройте главную дверь и поверните ключ оператора. Замените программу колеса на интерфейсе колеса. Если ошибка не исчезает, необходимо заменить интерфейс колеса. Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь.
4 13- Reel interface not responding 2 Откройте главную дверь и поверните ключ оператора. Выньте ключ оператора и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезла — соответствующий модуль колеса и (или) коммуникационный контроллер и (или) плата CPU должны быть заменены.
12 3 — RAM battery low 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Батарея RAM должна быть заменена как можно быстрее. Если машина была выключена, может произойти потеря или порча данных.
12 4 — RAM battery empty 1 Выключите и включите машину. Если ошибка не исчезает, необходимо заменить материнскую плату. При длительном отключении машины, может произойти потеря или порча данных.
12 5 — Real-time clock failure 2 Поверните ключ оператора и проверьте установку времени. По необходимости поправьте ее. Возможно разрядилась батарейка RAM. Если ошибка не исчезает, необходимо заменить материнскую плату.
12 6 — Serial communication failure 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, проверьте сетевые кабели, подсоединение Хоппера, сенсорного экрана и т.д.
12 7 — Main board hardware failure 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Если ошибка не исчезает, необходимо заменить материнскую плату.
12 8 — Real-time clock not set 2 Поверните ключ оператора и установите на таймере текущую дату, текущее время. Выньте ключ.
21 0 — Diverter error 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте нет ли застрявших монет в дивертере и монетных каналах. Кроме того, проверьте соединения и кабели магнита. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить дивертер и монетоприемник.
21 1- Coin optics failure 2 Поверните и выньте ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте не загрязнены и неповреждены ли оптика монетного канала и монетоприемник. Кроме того, проверьте соединения и кабели оптики монет и монетоприемника. Три световых барьера должны быть размещены в центре распределителя монет, оптическая связь между передатчиком и получателем не должна быть прервана. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, следует заменить монетоприемник и световые барьеры.
21 2 — Coin in jam 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Световой барьер монетного канала был заблокирован слишком долго или застряла монета. Выньте застрявшую монету и проверьте соединения и кабели светового барьера. Включите и закройте дверь.
21 3 — Coin acceptor wrong pulse 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте монетоприемник на любые признаки попыток манипуляций. Систематически проверяйте соединения и кабели монетоприемника. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить монетоприемник.
21 4 — Coin acceptor disconnected 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Систематически проверяйте соединения и кабели монетоприемника. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить монетоприемник.
21 5 — Coin yo-yo com reverse 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину.Проверьте монетоприемник на любые признаки  попыток несанкионированных манипуляций. Кроме того, проверьте помещен ли образец монеты в монетный компаратор. Систематически проверяйте соединения и кабели монетоприемника. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить монетоприемник.
21 6 — Top diverter optics disconnected 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора.Если ошибка не может быть устранена откройте дверь машины и выключитемашину. Проверьте соединения верхней части оптики монет. Включите и закройте дверь.Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить верхнюю часть оптики монет.
21 7 — Bottom diverter optics disconnected 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте соединения нижней оптики монет. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить нижнюю оптику монет.
27 0 — System power up with bill in acceptor 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Купюра выйдет из автомата.
27 1 — System power up with bill in stacker 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Купюра зарегистрирована и отправлена в стэкер.
27 2-Jam in bill acceptor 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Попробуйте вытащить застрявшую купюру.Включите автомат и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезнет, банкнотоприемник может быть отключен, чтобы продолжить работу машины без купюроприемника. Банкнотоприемник должен быть заменен.

Включите автомат и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не исчезнет, банкнотоприемник может быть отключен, чтобы продолжить работу машины без купюроприемника. Банкнотоприемник должен быть заменен.ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ:В стекере может находится много купюр, поэтому перед началом работы с ним необходимо отнести купюры в безопасное место.
27 4 — Bill acceptor disconnected 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не устранена откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте соединения и кабели банкнотоприемника. Будьте уверены, что банкнотоприемник установлен надлежащим образом. Включите и закройте дверь.Если ошибка не устранена, можно отключить банкнотоприемник и продолжать игру без банкнотоприемника. Впоследствии банкнотоприемник необходимо заменить.
27 5 — No stacker box 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте, правильно ли установлен стэкер при монтаже. Кроме того, проверьте соединения и кабели банкнотоприемника. Включите и закройте дверь. Если  ошибка не устранена,  можно  отключить  банкнотоприемник и продолжать эксплуатацию машины без банкнотоприемника. Впоследствии стэкер необходимо заменить.
27 6 — Bill acceptor cheated 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не устранена, откройте дверь машины и выключите машину. Проверьте, правильно ли соединены кабели банкнотоприемника и стэкера. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не устранена, можно отключить банкнотоприемник и продолжать эксплуатацию машины без банкнотоприемника. Впоследствии банкнотоприемник необходимо заменить.
27 8 — Stacker full 2 Стэкер заполнен. Откройте главную дверь, откройте дверь стэкера и достаньте его. Выньте банкноты, установите стэкер в его правильное положение, закройте дверь стэкера и закройте главную дверь. Поверните/освободите ключ оператора.
27 10 — Bill rejected 2 Эта ошибка возникает, когда 10 банкнот были отвергнуты и запомнены машиной. Текущая игра не прерывается. Поверните/освободите ключ оператора.
34 0 — Hopper disconnected 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не устранена, откройте дверь. Проверьте, установлен ли Хоппер и горят ли два световых диода. Кроме этого, необходимо проверить уровень заполнения Хоппера. Контактные пластины, расположенные внизу Хоппера должны быть покрыты монетами. При необходимости дозаполните Хоппер. Если не горят светодиоды Хоппера, проверьте правильно ли установлен Хоппер. Систематически проверяйте соединения и кабели Хоппера. Включите автомат и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не устранена .Хоппер необходимо заменить.
34 1 — Hopper tilt 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Если ошибка не устранена , откройте дверь.Проверьте, не попала ли монета или грязь на световой барьер Хоппера. Удалите их при необходимости. Включите и закройте дверь. Если ошибка не устранена, Хоппер необходимо заменить.
34 2 — Hopper low 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Дозаполните Хоппер как можно скорее.
34 3 — Hopper full 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Сократите уровень заполнения Хоппера как можно скорее.
34 4 — Hopper limit reached 2 Поверните/освободите ключ оператора. Выплата вручную требуется, когда программа автоматически переключается в режим выплат вручную. После подтвержения выньте ключ оператора

Если ошибка не может быть устранена, необходимо заменить механические счетчики.
ЕЕ 02 — Game disabled 1 Выключите/включите машину. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, следует заменить материнскую плату.
ЕЕ 11 -Jackpot controller missing 1 Выключите/включите машину. Если ошибка не может быть устранена, следует заменить материнскую плату.

Вариант — нужно вытащить микросхемы (планки) памяти и протереть контакты микросхемы и разъема спиртом. Не поможет — нужно нулить. Если и это не поможет, то нужно пропаивать плату, либо перепрошивать или менять память, как, написано в сообщении.
