The e000020 error code indicates that the toner clogging between sub hopper and toner assembly. The Toner unit does not have the right amount of toner Copying is suspended during use, replenished with starter developer properly. Maybe the toner sensor was loose or broken.

Here in this post, I explain how to fix the error E000020 code in Canon ir2520, ir2525, ir2530, ir2535, and ir2540 series. This is a low toner level detection code. We are sharing a few methods to fix the error, so check them one by one until it gets solved.
Meaning of the e000020 error code
The e000020 error code indicates that the toner clogging between sub hopper and toner assembly. The Toner unit does not have the right amount of toner Copying is suspended during use, replenished with starter developer properly. Maybe the toner sensor was loose or broken.
How to fix the e000020 error code
Follow the procedure described below to remove the e000020 error code.
- Replace Toner: You’ve got a bad toner either. Open the front cover, Pull the developer unit straight out to the front, remove the old toner and replenish the new toner. And check Developing Assembly Toner Sensor
- Check hopper unit: Take out the whole Hopper assembly and check for broken parts and something broken the rotation of hopper motor gear, or check the sensor.
- Check the DC controller PCB.

Canon IR 2520: Печатает белый лист
В «работе» принтер: Canon IR 2520
После замены тонер бункера выдавал ошибку E000020, после чего я выполнил процедуру инсталляции тонера, через сервисное меню: service mode / clear / engin / TNRINST.
Ошибка исчезла, но при ксерокопии выдает белый лист!!!
Подскажите в чем причина и как можно исправить?

А вы тубу нормально вставили ?
Снимете крышку на тубе и попробуете снова.
А драмник снимали ?
Ошибка E000020 эта вроде ошибка баробана там и копаете.

поставьте старую тубу.так не бывает не чего не трогали и не работает.проверьте все несколько раз.
Качественная http://www.zapravkacity.ru/заправка картриджей , перепрошивка принтера и МФУ samsung всех моделей.

has a solution, but I can not enter into the service menu
PLEASE HELP MEEE

if any one send me service manual for this copier ithanks he

Go into service mode
Go to CLEAR
Do a ALL CLEAR
Switch machine off and back on again.
Set DATE/TIME ect.
Go back into SERVICE MODE
Go to CLEAR
Then ENGIN and press OK
Then T R �install.

Service manual’s are not for free.

This code appeared to me after install a new machine twice time
the first one was the toner bottle no insert correctly.
the second I found there is a toner covered the toner motor sensor so i cleaned it and worked ok.

E020 The path between the sub hopper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner.
0000 The developing assembly toner sensor
detects the absence of toner, while the
sub hopper toner sensor detects the
presence of toner. With the developing
clutch turned on, the hopper feedscrew
motor is rotated for 1 sec intermittently
194 times; still, the developing assembly
toner sensor does not detect the presence
of toner.
Replace the developing assembly toner
sensor. Replace the sub hopper toner sensor.
Replace the DC control PCB
