800710dd ошибка обновления windows 7

  • Just carried out a fresh install of Windows7 and did a windows update once after installation and subsequent updates came up with the error 800710DD to which I am yet to find a resolution or fix to even online.

    can anyone help?

  • Sorry for reply delay.

    Firstly, it sounds your computer is in a domain in which there is WSUS Server. Can you see the roadmap of your Network Map(Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network Map) What is your access to Internet?

    You can go to Update history (Start->All Programs->Windows Update->view update History) to obtain more information.
    (Windows Update Agent 7.XXX should be installed successfully.)

    Meanwhile, did you ever run as a WSUS client, or just connect to the Server? It may write a record on your hosts file.
    How did you inactive the WSUS server?

    To remove entries from the hosts file, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, and then click Run.
    2. Copy and then paste (or type) the following command in the Run box, and then press ENTER:
    notepad %windir%system32driversetchosts
    Note If you are prompted to select a program to open the hosts file, click Notepad, click to select the Always use the selected program option, and then click OK.
    3. In Notepad, remove or remark any lines in the hosts file that contain entries for Windows Update so that they are not read when the file is accessed. To do this, put the number sign (#) in front of any line that contains «microsoft» and «update.» For example, add the number sign (#) to the beginning of the following entries:
    o # 64.4.21.125 http://update.microsoft.com
    o # 64.4.21.125 http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
    o # http://update.microsoft.com
    4. On the File menu, click Save.
    5. Exit Notepad.
    6. Restart the computer.
    Note If you do not want to restart the computer, you can also flush the DNS resolver cache. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. Click Start, and then click Run.
    b. Type cmd in the Run box, and then press ENTER.
    c. At the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns, and then press ENTER.

    Что пробовал:
    Пробовал менять порт подключения к ИИС с 80-го на 81… не помогло, поменял обратно.
    пробовал раздавать права. Дал права на selfupdate, в браузере открываю эту страницку, а в логе все равно ошибка. вернул обратно.
    все вышеперечисленные воркэраунды никоим образом не использовались и не используются на другом всусе в другом домене.
    настройки всус раздаю через ГПО в обоих доменах.
    ВСУС в обоих доменах 3.0 СП2.
    Не могу понять каких именно прав нехватает и где именно в ИИС их раздавать.
    Отмечу, что в соседнем домене при таких же исходных данных ВСУС встал без проблем. По крайней мере такой ошибки нет. Сверяю настройки ИИС в одном домене и в другом, они вроде бы такие же.
    Помогите понять в чем дело? только плз не тыкайте носом в доки, уже запарился читать, и наступило состояние когда смотрю в книгу, вижу фигу…

    Вроде как ИИС ясно пишет, что проблема в АЦЛ на стороне сервера, но вот где именно и как в ИИС это настраивается мне непонятно 🙁

  • Решение следующее:

    В ИИС менеджере кликаем свойства папки, смотрим Directory Security, там наряду с анонимным доступом Windows Integrated Authentication должна быть включена на папках «SimpleAuthWebService», «Content», «ClientWebService», «ReportingWebService» и «SelfUpdate».

Проблема связана с некорректными параметрами безопасности в IIS и NTFS.
Сверьте настройки безопасности в IIS:

  1. для виртуального сервера (веб узел по умолчанию) должен быть включен анонимный доступ и встроенная проверка подлинности;
  2. для всех виртуальных директорий, кроме WSUSAdmin — только анонимный доступ;
  3. для WSUSAdmin — только встроенная проверка подлинности;
  4. для Selfupdate — анонимный доступ и встроенная проверка подлинности (никто не знает почему, хотя по логике нужен только анонимный доступ).
Сверьте параметры безопасности для каталогов:

Ошибка на стороне сервера WSUS. На клиентских компьютерах в WindowsUpdate.log сопровождается следующими сообщениями: 
WARNING: WinHttp: SendRequestToServerForFileInformation failed with 0x80190194
WARNING: WinHttp: ShouldFileBeDownloaded failed with 0x80190194
WARNING: DownloadFileInternal failed for http://_WSUS_/selfupdate/wuident.cab: error 0x80190194
FATAL: IsUpdateRequired failed with error 0x80244019
Возможны два решения:
1. (это решение сработало) Проверьте наличие виртуального каталога selfupdate на сервере IIS. Если его нет, создайте такой виртуальный каталог и укажите для него путь %ProgramFiles%Update ServicesSelfupdate
2. (в одном случае не помогло, откат до WSUS 3.0 решил проблему) По адресу Решение прочтите раздел «Check for the selfupdate tree on the WSUS server». Там предлагается запустить VB-скрипт из папки с установленным WSUS.
Примечание: Данная ошибка наблюдалась после установки WSUS 3.0 SP1 поверх WSUS 3.0

Ошибка на стороне клиента. Сопровождается сообщениями: 
WARNING: GetConfig failure, error = 0x80244001, soap client error = 1,
soap error code = 0, HTTP status code = 200
WARNING: Sync of Updates: 0x80244001
WARNING: Failed to synchronize, error = 0x80244001
Скорее всего ошибка кроется в некорректно зарегистрированной библиотеке msxml3 и вам следует переустановить ее.

Ошибка на стороне клиента. Сопровождается сообщениями:

  • Agent failed detecting
Необходимо пройтись по следующим пунктам:

  1. проверить наличие Windows Installer 3.1;
  2. проверить наличие парсера msxml3, при его наличии зарегистрировать соответсвующие DLL;
    • REGSVR32 MSXML.DLL
    • REGSVR32 MSXML2.DLL
    • REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL
  3. проверить права доступа на папку с обновлениями на сервере;
  4. проверить отсутствие блокировки на запуск EXE файлов в файле %SystemRoot%system32inetsrvurlscanurlscan.ini (в случае, если у вас установлен IIS Lockdown).

Примечание: Данная ошибка наблюдалась после установки WSUS 3.0 SP1 поверх WSUS 3.0

Сопровождается сообщениями:

  • Не удалось выполнить загрузку
Смотрим WinowsUpdate.log на машине клиента. Если там есть такие строки, как 
BITS service was not fixed up and thus CCI was not reattempted. (hr = 80080005) 
Failed to connect to the BITS service; unable to start new downloads or interact with existing download jobs. (hr = 80080005)
значит проблема в работе службы BITS. Если вы запустите ее вручную, то получите ошибку с кодом 0x80070005. Решение читайте здесь.
